If its potential activity is close to 480 then it shouldn't take you more than a few weeks of posting to get there. Neotox seems to have been trading accounts for quite some time, if OP wants to make a point he'd have to provide more proof.

Even look at the topic the message is under says hero account, I'm not trying to cheat you sold me a wrong account clearly. He never said it was senior even everything to me said it was pot hero. it's a pot senior account alright. but you only need to wait one week for it to reach hero potential. it's not like you'll make 300+ posts under one week, right? from what I read. it seems neotox gave you a 476 potential activity account (4 activity away from hero). and neotox did mention it but maybe the two of you were too hasty and didn't confirm with each other about the account.
