It doesn't matter whose post appears first. The first 150 entrants who post their bet IDs on their posts count. So, if it is past 150 and then someone edits their post from reserved, it will not be entered.

At Primedice, we do our best to be fair to all! ;D

Edit: Just so that it is clear, we save a copy of the thread once we are near 150. And entries will be collected from that copy instead of the thread.

I think this is a great idea for a giveaway because it encourages play!  Clever one PD team.

I have two questions.  First, I read upthread that the bet has to win, is this correct, so it is not a risk free bet, it is like a bonus bet?

Second, for the eligibility do you have to have BOTH .25 wagered and 50 activity or is it enough to have only ONE of those two things.  I ask because lots of newbie accounts are claiming or "reserving" a spot and they wont make it if both of those need to be satisfied!  (and they certainly wont make 100 activity)

Finally, I'll RESERVE this spot in case I make it!  :)

Not exactly a risk-free bet, but it almost is. Just depends on how you see it - If you win a bet and lose a bet, you will get the same profit as if it were a risk-free bet. The difference is that the profit is doubled instead of the loss being covered, which essentially has the same effect.




Currently, both the restrictions apply.
You need to have both the 50 activity and 0.25 BTC wagered or 100 activity and 10k rolls.

We have received suggestions for removing the 50 activity restriction. If it gets approved, the entries would be taken as valid, otherwise we only make the changes on future contests.

No matter how much you win,only profit is doubled and maximum is up to 0.01.If you bet 0.5 or 0.01 you will only get 0.02 or 0.025 BONUS.

I think you can even join with 1btc win but the max bonus you can get is 0.01btc (+bonuses)

We had initially planned to release payments in phases but finally decided against, so that if any participant comes up with a better Bet ID he would be able to claim a bigger prize before the deadline.

50 activity is not a hard restriction, you just need to be active for 24 more days (You registered on May 08, 2014 ???)



It is just that we are uncomfortable with changing the rules midway. Either way, we would be doing contest and giveaways with different restrictions most of the times.
The future related promos are not likely to have activity restrictions. :)

If you DONT have paitience i recommend you to be away from this type of giveaways. ndnhc is a nice guy, he has to gave his much time to these type of campaign for which he got paid. 

I don't like it when people ask to keep your avatar till they receive the payment. so if they remove it they don't get paid you ask us to do but can't say  anything about payment. All parties want there payment like all people wherever you are promoting your product. if you want an promotion in a newspaper and you didn't pay before the release they also don't press your article.

And this isn't a free promotion you have to invest before you get anything.

YUP I agree, if there are roles like this its bad, because we are not promoting for free here nor you are promoting a charity service here for which we can promote for free. and if someone want to promote something he must have enough money to advertise.

Understand that we could have released the payments in phases, like every 3 days or so, but the issue was that it will not allow players to edit their posts even if they get a better entry in the future, and even if there was a rule against editing, most will edit. Since there was a good number of requests if the player could change the bet ID posted or username we decided to take the posts as it is on the deadline.

1. You are free to choose to participate or not participate in this promotion.
2. You are free to choose whether you want to wear a signature/avatar and receive a bonus or not.
3. You are free to decide whether you want to change your options before the deadline.
4. You are free to edit your posts, delete your posts, etc. etc.

I don't see your point - do you get paid more than 0.005 for wearing a certain avatar for say 8 days? If yes, which is quite unlikely, why did you opt for the bonus? If not, aren't you getting more than you would have otherwise? Anyway, it wouldn't honestly make sense to encourage people to wear PD avatar for one day lol.
The 0.01 BTC part is free, the bonus is for those who like to or already wear PD avatar and signature. If you don't want to/like it, don't. There is absolutely no pressure to.

As I mentioned, this promotion is a combined effort from myself, hui, MICRO, and of course the admins Edward and Stunna. It is very unlikely that everyone will be free and available at the same point of time to work on this promotion especially considering that almost all of us are in different time zones. All the other staff have other duties to take care of.

And you could just enter like 1 hour before the deadline, wear the sig and avatar for a while and get the full payment. :P

There would be a notification (like the one you receive when you deposit) when you receive a tip. Tips are most certainly credited to your account lol.

When you click on faucet tab, once your logged into PD , you can read this disclaimer in the following pop up:


Note: You must have over 10 BTC wagered before your faucet starts increasing.

The amount you can claim from the faucet is dependant on your level. Your level and more information about it can be viewed under the profile tab.


Only thing they explain in FAQ section  about it is:

"How do levels and achievements work?
Levels are gained by reaching a certain threshold of experience for each respective level. You can gain experience by wagering coins, being active in chat and unlocking achievements.

“Well that’s pretty lame, leveling seems like a waste of time”

Not quite, by gaining levels you earn a boosted faucet which provides you with far greater rewards and not to mention baller status and bragging rights in the community. Riches and fame, what’s not to love?"

Lol, It's not Bingo but it's dice: promotion name is "bingo promotion" but you have to make dice bets (where you are paid istantly if you win them).

And it's very well explained in its main page. Once you fill the requirements (so when the first two digits of your rolls outcome numbers meet promo requirements)  you are paid and the prize you will receive depends on your bet size.

Everything is clear and certain.

But it's your choice to join it or not: don't want to force you but just to make you aware that in my humble opinion you are missing a nice profit opportunity (expecially if you consider you could do this promo just by claimiing faucet).

Agreed that contests like these are simpler than the bingo competition, but that is why the prizes are higher. For say tier 2, 0.001 bet, cost for the player would be 0.00381 while what he would receive is 0.05 + any bonus. (1212% positive EV)
