Yep you need both.

100 bct & 10k rolls
OR
50 bct & 0.25 wagered

Some of the new contests will be doing away with bitcointalk activity (because some PD players couldn't participate) but the other restriction would stay. There would still be promotions the other way round too.

No i did not recieved,  but if you process the payment via tip then yeah in my tip log i recieved a tip from hui that exact amount

But im sorry i didnt recall its credited on my account maybe im on the lost streak when it was credited i dont know, i didnt make good use of the bonus , lol

Aye, all prizes are sent via tips.
(with so many unconfirmed tx in the blockchain atm, it is the best way to anyway)

There would be a notification (like the one you receive when you deposit) when you receive a tip. Tips are most certainly credited to your account lol.

When you click on faucet tab, once your logged into PD , you can read this disclaimer in the following pop up:


Note: You must have over 10 BTC wagered before your faucet starts increasing.

The amount you can claim from the faucet is dependant on your level. Your level and more information about it can be viewed under the profile tab.


Only thing they explain in FAQ section  about it is:

"How do levels and achievements work?
Levels are gained by reaching a certain threshold of experience for each respective level. You can gain experience by wagering coins, being active in chat and unlocking achievements.

“Well that’s pretty lame, leveling seems like a waste of time”

Not quite, by gaining levels you earn a boosted faucet which provides you with far greater rewards and not to mention baller status and bragging rights in the community. Riches and fame, what’s not to love?"

Agreed that contests like these are simpler than the bingo competition, but that is why the prizes are higher. For say tier 2, 0.001 bet, cost for the player would be 0.00381 while what he would receive is 0.05 + any bonus. (1212% positive EV)
