Can we ban ICONs? How about no ico bitcointalk forum at all? If you want to organize scam do it on your own web page, and deal with authorities. Exchanges must do more about this question. Post by: Zebedee23 on February 28, 2016, 12:31:54 PM Its not about banning all ICO's , some developers & coins are completely legit & depend on the funds raised by the ICO to develop their product. If you are gonna send some anon guy on the internet your BTCs do some proper research first and weigh up the situation. For Sereneum i saw a noob dev, no escrow, hidden whois info website and when googling their 'team' absolutely no internet history for a single member. So pretty obvious scam im afraid.
