Did you not read the link I posted in 1 of your other loan posts? Title: Re: bitcoin loan Post by: DeathAndTaxes on January 20, 2013, 04:39:50 PM 314% APR is never legit. No contract based on a usurious loan would be enforceable (beyond a scammer tag) thus the contract has no real value.
Would you loan $500 to a random person you met in the real world based on nothing more than their promise to pay you back in the future? Title: Re: bitcoin loan Post by: tono18 on January 20, 2013, 04:45:28 PM Yes I see ure point, an no I probaly wouldnt unless it was legit is there any legit bussiness out there that give bitcoin loans just like a bank?

Title: Re: bitcoin loan Post by: BetterBitcoinUp on January 21, 2013, 02:02:09 AM I would never give a loan to anyone I met on the interwebs.
Title: Re: bitcoin loan Post by: Walter Rothbard on January 21, 2013, 03:14:23 AM I suggest you go to your bank and borrow cash, then use the cash to buy bitcoins. The bank will probably give you a much better rate of interest than 20%. And they are just like a bank!
What do you plan on doing with the bitcoins? Title: Re: bitcoin loan Post by: tono18 on January 21, 2013, 04:16:31 AM Thanks walter I have just applyd at my local bank an was aproved right away, its for a online purchase, now just were to go to buy my bitcoins without having a huge percentage taxed ? Sorry about my "grammar" everybody im on my s2galaxy wich is a pain in the backside!
