314% APR is never legit. No contract based on a usurious loan would be enforceable (beyond a scammer tag) thus the contract has no real value.
Would you loan $500 to a random person you met in the real world based on nothing more than their promise to pay you back in the future?

Scam detected First 3 posts are threads asking for a loan. Big red flag there.

If he kept the common sense would he get a scammer tag?

I suggest you go to your bank and borrow cash, then use the cash to buy bitcoins. The bank will probably give you a much better rate of interest than 20%. And they are just like a bank!
What do you plan on doing with the bitcoins?
