I have been on the bitcoin grind for a week now and just figured out how to use it a little too late. I need to place an order tonight and this seems like one of the only ways I can accomplish it. Also btw, a pending order in coinbase doesn't always mean that the coins will be delivered. It can be cancelled if you choose to cancel the payment so giving out your coinbase account just so you can make the lender feel "safe" is not an option. I'm sorry to say but I think no one can help you out here.
