Interesting Idea! How exactly is "hour of the day we detect action" measured? By sessions? How long does it take for a session to time out?

It checks the time of your last hourly reward, if the time of the last reward is less than one hour, it waits till one hour passes and it detects one action from you to credit the reward.

Reminds me of those GPT sites that lets you watch videos to get points. This is an interesting concept to say the least.

It also depends a lot on the country. Certain videos are available for some countries only.
But they come and go along the day.
If you have a connection with dynamic IP you can try  restarting your modem to get a new IP and maybe you get to see the same videos again and earn for them again.

Seems to be working pretty well.  Only problem I noticed was my satoshi count not updating automaitcally after I watched a video unless I clicked on another section of the website (for ex. Account, or Withdraw) and then went back to Watch Videos.

Yes. sometimes that happens when the campaign is pulled out while you are watching the video but still haven't reached the reward point. Other bird got the worm.
That's not something I can control as the videos come from an advertising company and they are the ones that credit the Satoshis, not me.

About the satoshis not updating with ajax, well, that's on purpose. Maybe later I will change it, but for now no auto updating of Satoshis on the interface. Want to see newly earned Satoshis, refresh the page ;)

when you click the videos one after an other the coins are credited. When you click on "next video" in the video screen they are not credited.

...but they are no longer availabe in the list of videos.

IMO you should change the was the 'Top Earners' bit is calculated (my idea would be: total earnings this month [not minus withdrawals])

Probably will change it to account for withdrawals and list the top earner by withdrawal total.


WRT videos not counting with the Next Video button I will put a warning on top of the page to refresh it between each video.
Maybe the list refreshing by itself messes with the userid that get's sent or something. Need to take that up with the advertising agency as I can't do anything about it. The warning to refresh the page will have to do for now, until they look into it.

closing the pop-up with the video and clicking a new one works fine. Just when you click on "next" at the end of each video the next one is not credited.

No. Something to think about later, optional function, as popups are annoying.

I was thinking you maybe can do it by changing (when there is a new video) the TITLE of the web. Writting something like (2) if there is 2 videos.

With the current system I can't do that, I think. Need to look into it a little better.

Its a little annoying to have to enter the captcha everytime I check if any videos are available.

I know its necessary but I would rather enter the captcha when there is actually a video to watch.

You will have to watch 2500 videos at current rates to get hold of 1BTC but good luck. If you could do it constantly and there was an unlimited supply you could get 1BTC in under 2 days if my calculations are right... But there isnt a constant supply of video.

Well, consider the 200 Hourly Satoshis as the reward for entering the captcha. ;)

Out of interest are you working alone on this website? Its pretty nice!. Wondered if you would be interested in some (free) help in any areas tis all, I like the concept - the experience is bang on but IMO the design has far too much white space and there is a lack of clarity for navigation.

EDIT: Just to clarify: I am not an expert, but I love to help out with new ideas like this just to gain the experience. I am a University Undergraduate with lots of spare time  8)

No idea where you got the 200 satoshis per hour figure from, but whatever.
The smallest reward is 500 satoshis for a captcha, and you can submit one every 30 seconds. But what do I know...

Are you closing the popup between each video? Can you try refreshing the page between each video? Yeah, I know you need the captcha, but please try that. Need to report these bugs to the agency and would be good to know.

most uses are:

1) watch video [full]
2) close popup
3) wait ajax update
3.5) [watch another video if has new]
4) navigate bowser elsewhere (on your site).
5) find out no added ponts

some videos did get counted, but 5 didnt.

When/If that happens can you save the Campaign ID hash for the previous video which got credited and send it to me, so I can identify it in the timeline? You can use the contact form on the site.
That way I can tell them it was user X, on the video watched right after video campaign ID Y.

It's become much harder since I started this morning.  I just got back on and atleast  vids watched that didn't did not get recognized in my pay out total.  When I did a Captha it was put  on right away also glad the capthca time limit was lowered from 60 sec that was a bit much in my opinion.

I got the 200 an hour from here , obviously I misunderstood the post.

But seriously 20,000 Satoshi signup bonus is actually only worth 0.0002 of a bitcoin and with 1 bitcoin being worth $20 that means the "special double bonus" signup fee is worth 0.4 cents.

500 Satoshi every 30 seconds =  60,000 an hour so 0.00000001 * 60000 = 0.0006 bitcoins an hour and that translates to about 1.2 cents an hour , but 500 Satoshi is the minimum, whats the maximum payout worth?

Please tell me I'm working this out all wrong, it makes the Indian kids working in sweatshops for a dollar a day look like they landed the jackpot  ;D

I open the vids in it's on window and then I X out of it, I'll try to refresh it.  The thing is I look at my activiy history and it reads only two Captcha were completed but no mention of the 7 videos watched in between ecah Captcha, it's like it never even happened.  I sent u a contact msg, thanks for the help.

lol what you mean is your payouts are so insanely greedy you've had to disguise the true value of your payouts by using terminologies like Satoshi's to confuse the noobs into thinking they are earning something.

I stick to my original post, its costing people money to use your site to earn bitcoins unless they are running some super energy saving computer and super cheap electricity. I seriously doubt you can run a computer for 1.2 cents an hour :D

The video payout problem is still happening, it's paying out here and there.  before I could see updates in real time now it's very buggy, it will recognize 2/5 vids if I"m lucky but no record of the others.

It's showing some of the newer vids I've watched in my history but only half the vids I watch are payed out and recognized.  Hope u can get it back to the way it was earlier today, was really diggin the ease of use then.  Right now I'm writing down titles of vids not showing up as payed out in hopes it gets sorted.

Tested out the site, noticed some changes recently, mainly the waiting period between entering the captchas and trying for a new one.  I was able to get around this by opening up the site in 10 new tabs and doing them one by one through the tabs sort of bypassing the delay.  Was able to get to 3rd place (in less than an hour) on the list before cashing out.  You may want to fix this, you may not, who knows!  You can watch videos while doing captchas through the tabs and earn faster than you probably should.  (I don't think advertisers would want the same person seeing 10 of their adds at the same time.

This kind of site is to allow people to get hold of some BTC to play around with, not to replace their day job. And as you can see above, It is going to (technically) give you more cash out than you spent on electric (even if very little cash)

Then if you block views from the same IP address, someone can use TOR to watch the vids using multiple accounts

You could prob charge more from your advertisers if you could guarantee them that the same person isn't looking at their advertisement 1000x a day, but 1000x people are looking at one of their ads per day..

I'm cool with multiple accounts and Tor and whatnot, just don't come complaining when, not if, your views don't get credited with the reward. Captchas will always be accounted for.

hopefully my posts and honesty isn't viewed a whining ,  That would be a shame as I'm a fan of ur site and thought u'd like as much feedback as possible.  Great job on the site so far keep it up I think it's a great idea and wish I'd thought of haha.

I almost with my hands tied about view counting errors. That tracking is all done by the advertising agency. I just tell them your user ID and they tell me back what you watch so I can credit your account.
And ofcourse they do their own proxy/bot checking, so don't be surprised if they skip some views because they detected something's not right. :)
I will compare the stats from the site users with the views I get credited and see if there is any difference. Still have little data to work with.

^ Nice, I noticed the reward today.  Is there a way to refresh your rewards on the video page without having to refresh the page?  It appears like you don't get credits for watching videos, when in reality, if you check your account status, they have been credited.  FYI I'm getting credited 40K SAT per video and it says I should be getting 20K SAT, not sure if this is your beta testing Double amount or if something is busted.  Still, this is still the best site out there so far to get bitcoins in a timely manner.  I wish the videos would pay out for time, and not just for watching it.  To get the same credits for a 1 minute video as you do a 11 minute video is silly IMHO (EDIT: This latest one is 27 minutes!), but I'm sure it would be difficult to do that. (and would have nothing to do with you on your end)

Usually videos get credited after 30 seconds of pressing play. Around the same time the "Next Video" button appears over the video. You don't need to watch them till the end.
Yes, The videos reward is 20 000 Satoshis, but I'm doubling, so you get 40 000 Satoshis for each one. Nothing's busted. :)

You just have to follow the instruction they give you. Offers can be very different. Some are for registering on some site, others to like some facebook page, others to download and install some sketchy software(only on a VM if you know what I mean).
Can't say for sure what happened in your case, without more information, like the offer name.

There is no lead counted from that  Puzzle Zone game, in fact the very first lead from the offers only came 9hrs after your message, so whatever you did it wasn't what the advertiser wanted. I doubt they would pay just for you to download the software without installing it.

In any case, I removed all those download offers, because while some might be good stuff I know there will be others who are nasty shit, and I don't want anybody installing crazy stuff.

Changed my payout address because I forgot my wallet passphrase, made a new wallet, updated my address in the account settings, went for a payout, never got anything at the new address, I assume you sent it to the old one.  NOT A BIG DEAL, it was such a small amount, I'm just wondering if you check the addressees each time you send out payments or just send them to what you sent them to the previous withdraw..  :P  Like I said, no biggie, maybe keep your eye on it in the future.

That's the answer. Most videos have a daily view limit. If that limit is reached while you are watching the video but before you reach the reward point, the video campaign is pulled, and although your view might have counted for youtube, it will not be registered by the tracking software because the campaign is no longer alive and you will not get the credit(nor will I) for watching it.

I came here about that too. I just watched the video that was for offer today from start to end and closed it. Didn't get any sitoshis for it.

I will be honest, those offers are bad for your website... I have tried to do three now (ones that you dont have to pay for) but you just cant get them to confirm or work (i was using legit details)...

You see those offers in many places on the web and im pretty sure everyone leaves the page when they see them.

I would remove this option for the sake of your users - they are very clever at getting people to pay for things without realising (e.g. through their mobile number)... I would stick with 'fair' and 'legitimate' ways that users can earn BTC.

1 satoshi = 0.00000001 of a BTC. so a video earns you 0.00040000 BTC at the moment.

Double rewards promotion on the videos is finished now.

BUT...

I upped the Video reward from 20 000 Satoshis to 30 000 Satoshis, so you won't notice that much of a difference. This rising Bitcoin price really doesn't let me go above the 30k Satoshis, especially after running for a week with double rewards.

Captchas are kept at 1000 Satoshis for each correctly solved captcha.

The Offers page was renamed to Satoshis' Millions! and we have more offers available.
Rewards vary between 250 000 to 15 MILLION Satoshis!

I followed the directions fully and did not get what I was supposed to, don't see where u edited the amount so will I get the amount listed?

I removed all downloads, so it's normal you don't see the offer.
Only the advertiser knows why your download/install didn't count, and they're not telling why.
So far there wasn't any offer completed which hasn't been accounted for on our database.
Offers the advertiser said were completed were correctly credited to the users.

Yes I see is a vague post stating the various amounts of Satoshis one can earn if completed.
I posted the info that states how much I"d earn which is 1,000,000 not 260,000 and u still say 260,000 is the right amount?  That offer never said that 260,000 amount would be payed out can u show me where that is please?

And on that widget(Offer List I) there will never be the amount paid per offer as the advertiser doesn't have that feature and I can't implement stuff on a server I don't have any control over.

Just remember, the advertiser chooses what to show you, not me. The maximum I can do is to disable some offers, like downloads or mobile offers(and it seems sometimes even that doesn't work or gets overrided by them).

No videos seem available for me. Probably it's advertisers not offering videos for my country. I did captchas yesterday and can confirm receiving a payment for the task - 300 k satoshi.

They should have videos available for worldwide traffic, even if only 2 or 3.
Try at different times of the day, as they come and go a lot. Usually the time of the day with most videos to watch is around 1am to 6 am UTC

Due to the never ending rise of the bitcoin price I'm forced to lower the Videos reward for the original 20000 Satoshis...  8)

Don't know if you reached the 1000 users you wanted by yesterday... I just registered, went to look for some videos only to get the message: "Sorry, we have no videos for you right now". Why is that?

So I decided to try to earn some Satoshis by going to Satoshis' Millions, only to find a panel asking me to using the site through Facebook, Google+, Twitter or Linkedin... That's nice if you don't have any of 'm, but after staring at that page for a while I noticed the "X Close" option in the top right corner.
Back on track, I thought. Wrong! I am a foreigner living in Thailand and all 5 offers are either 100%, or a good part thereof in Thai, a language I can speak but can not read... well, mai pen rai, there's always the "Capcha madness" ... I 'only' need to complete 6000 capcha's to get the equal amount of credits as I would have gotten completing 1 offer in the Satoshis' Millions section...heheheh!

Never mind, just hope the videos will show up tomorrow!  ;D

Using the site trough facebook twiter or linked in? Those are just buttons for you to share the site in any of those services, not to login and use it.

About the videos, that is dependent on the country you are in, and ofcourse if you already watched them at another similar site, and they come and go all day long. Keep the page open and check it once in a while and you'll start seeing the videos there, as it refreshes automatically every minute or so.

 I like this site, all you need is open the watch videos page and put the browser to a place where you can see when new videos are available so you can start waching them immediately.

Only problem it does not pay someties 10000 satoshis after watching, but it is bit compensated by getting hourly 1000 satoshis i believe

If you use Firefox there is an addon called Check4Change which you can use to alert you when a new video is available by checking the content in the page. And it can do so without reloading the page.
For example, you make it check if the text "Sorry, we have no videos for you right now" is in the page every 10 or 20 seconds, and it can do so without reloading the page. If the text isn't there it will flash the tab, play a sound, etc.

The captchas reward was 100 satoshis only, it was me who upped it temporarily to 300.
People were abusing it, so I put it back to 100 Satoshis again. The timing of your withdrawal request had nothing to do with the captchas reward.

Seeing as how the price of a bitcoin has dropped dramatically, would you increase the amount you are giving for videos (and everything else), even if the increase temporary?

 I think the way he (psy) does it is he buys a batch of bitcoins at one price and hands them out until they're all gone, then buys another batch at the new price and adjusts the reward appropriately, so provided the price stays low, I would think that the rewards will go back up.

Back when the site started bitcoins were about $40 I think and you could get something like 30000 satoshis per video. Bring back those days  please!!!!

I don't know the dollar value, but when the site started the price was around €19 and the rewards were 40,000 Satoshis, because they were being doubled as a promotion. The real value of the reward for €19/BTC was 20,000 Satoshis.

I've been using computers since acoustic couplers were all the rage, I know what is going on.

When user does the captcha thing, a spambot that needs to solve one to post its spam sends the image to your server.
User solves it, spambot then posts it's spam or links.

One of the first incarnations involved porn, each one you solved the image showed a little less clothes until she was naked.
Now I guess tiny fragments of digital currency are used instead as incentive to get people to solve them.

Sites that are involved with that disgust me. It's everything that is wrong with the Internet today.
