That is simply unfair to claim something false and if he is not sure himself he can simply google it or as other seller i sold myself vcc cards for a while and i know that paypal now need more than a simple vcc to be verifed. As I don't have time to check Paypal USA verifications right now, Paypal verifications are disabled for now, hope everyone understands. Custom loaded ones are still available. And yes, the custom loaded ones can verify other service providers, shopping and other stuff. I can provide the suitable support for any verification you wish.
