This statment is false the card can NOT verify paypal from the united states it can be linked yes but it will not verify it, paypal from the states need some bank or VBA attached to be verified, if you are a legit seller you need to update your post

I not ruin his trade i just prevent that he scam someone you can NOT VERIFY USA paypal via only vcc. That is simply unfair to claim something false and if he is not sure himself he can simply google it or as other seller i sold myself vcc cards for a while and i know that paypal now need more than a simple vcc to be verifed.
