Title: CryptoStore is released -- have your own store with minimal effort

We are happy to announce that CryptoStore 1.0 has been released. This is a project intended to help you setting up stores and starting a web based business as simple as possible.  No ebay, no Paypal, and no banks are needed!

What is CrypoStore?

* CryptoStore is a free, open source solution providing you the ultimate freedom of conducting honest business on the Internet.

* CypoStore is a Virtual Appliance that greatly simplifies the process of setting up commercial web store with Litecoin and/or Bitcoin payment support. It’s supported by the open source community.

* The goal of CryptoStore project is to allow users setup a fully customized, good quality web store within one hour or less.

* CryptoStore is consisted of following components:

   OpenCart 1.5.4
   BitCoin 0.7.2-linux
   LiteCoin 0.6.3c-linux
   LTC/OpenCart Payment module
   BTC/OpenCart Payment module
   CentOS 6.3

* This appliance was tested on Windows x64 (host) VMWare Player 5.0.1

8.5 GB!!! thats bigger then the blockchain!

Because it has BTC & LTC blockchains inside.

You use VMWare to run Linux on Windows? Is there a Linux only version?

B/c this project was not a documentation  effort .

Why does this vm require windows VMWare player?  I didn't even know it was possible to create a vm that was not portable.

Winx64 VMWare Player 5.0.x was the platform this virtual appliance has been tested on.

It may work on other host OS as well, I honestly don't know.

If you can, please test it and let us know. Thanks.

Good projects thanks for sharing this, maybe some of the webhosts taking bitcoin will implement it for there users wanting to accept bitcoin in there stores.

I find it extremely handy to do just that.
