Apart from these two doubts, I think cryptomic is more transparent than other exchanges. But it will take long and long and long time to become an active exchange with higher volumes. Could you please explain #1 in more detail? #2 is in place to prevent dust inputs in the wallets which causes a lot of work to reconcile them all. Imagine reconciling 10000 btc inputs of 0.0001 the cost of all the transactions needed to reconcile them along with the time involved is intense. We work with fractions of a penny try going to a bank and depositing 1/10th of a penny and see what they say. This keeps our wallets tidy and operational instead of the mess that other places have had to deal with that have caused wallets to be down for days or even weeks as they reconciled them. Add to that the fact that I don't want people to deposit funds and have no way to get anything out because the network fee is more than the deposit. As always I am open to suggestions to solve the aforementioned issues that having a minimum deposit amount helps solve. The only code changes made to suite him were in fact market limits (min/max buy/sell pricing) and a vesting system, this I did not deem to be a big deal as it is common and often used for ICOs and finance. I would be remiss if I said I personally didn't take issue with the length of time the price was locked. However, just as others did, I voiced my opinion but the final decision was out of my control. I am a very regimented person and like things to be documented and set in stone (as much as humanly possible, businesses must always be influx as conditions constantly change), where this was not. While I can't say that the site will never agree to host an ICO/IPO, if such an instance should occur it would be highly regulated and documented as well as would need to comply with the governing laws. Please understand that Cryptomic is my company (I and I alone carry 100% ownership), Banx.io was not my company and as such I did not make the rules. It means on Friday the 13th BANX (the BTS asset) will be wiped from the site so you need to withdraw your BANX balance before then otherwise it will go into the abyss (your BANX balance record will be destroyed).
