It's a tough task and I am struggling to pack all the information people need to have available into an easy to use, clean, mobile design. Making progress but don't have an exact release date yet. I will keep everyone posted though. :-)

I wrote and managed the exchange, what people did with the API is beyond my control. Any issues that were in my realm I always promptly addressed.

Yes you did. And you would have had a conversation with Mark regarding how he wanted the order book set up and controlled, where a previous exchange operator before you, told him to take a hike. The reason, possibly, is that the way Mark wanted it set up, turned an ICO into a ponzi, where for over a year, a fake market was maintained.
Cryptomic wont be getting involved in any of that bullshit fakery, right? I mean, whats the point of listing anything on an exchange, when it cant freely be exchanged.....for a year. Why would any operator agree to that?

The only code changes made to suite him were in fact market limits (min/max buy/sell pricing) and a vesting system, this I did not deem to be a big deal as it is common and often used for ICOs and finance. I would be remiss if I said I personally didn't take issue with the length of time the price was locked. However, just as others did, I voiced my opinion but the final decision was out of my control. I am a very regimented person and like things to be documented and set in stone (as much as humanly possible, businesses must always be influx as conditions constantly change), where this was not.

While I can't say that the site will never agree to host an ICO/IPO, if such an instance should occur it would be highly regulated and documented as well as would need to comply with the governing laws.
Please understand that Cryptomic is my company (I and I alone carry 100% ownership), Banx.io was not my company and as such I did not make the rules. Cryptomic as well as any company I have control over will always abide by a proper code of ethics and professionalism (not to say I don't loose my cool sometimes) as outlined here https://www.cryptomic.com/about.

It means on Friday the 13th BANX (the BTS asset) will be wiped from the site so you need to withdraw your BANX balance before then otherwise it will go into the abyss (your BANX balance record will be destroyed).
