They do not have the manpower or resources to check every parcel so it is most likely the ciggs would arrive to where they are sent. I have quite smoking and just wanna give these to people who are in the UK so they don't have to wait for shipping, worry about customs ect. It is all relative and country specific. Taxes on tobacco are very high in the UK and you will have to pay them to customs when buying from abroad. Nope, you won't get prosecuted for buying cigs, unless they can prove that you intend to re-sell them. If the customs seize the parcel, they'd ask you to pay the duty on it, and if you choose not to, they'll destroy them. That's it. @OP, £6 per pack is a lot.
