EducoinV --> Educoin Vietnam (EDC)
Developed and designed to support students in Vietnam and to grow up the quality of the education in this country.
In this way we want to support  students , especially, who live in rural areas and often do not have chances to get  proper education.
Students can "earn" coins by solving tasks, answering questions, etc.
The earned coins can be redeemed for school stuff, books, free lessons or even free courses.
We are teachers from all over the world, UK, USA, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Vietnam,etc. living for long time in Vietnam, working with young people and teaching different subjects.
This should be seen as our volunteer job.
20% premined ( around 20M coins) are kept by our group of teachers to give away to students and to do marketing. We are still looking for a developer of the android wallet.

We are not programmer and we try to keep coin costs low.

Pay the 0.1 btc to get it listed on Yobit. Will get more interest once listed. Only $44. would have been $42 yesterday, might be $46 tomorrow so time is now.  :P

Please don't moan about not wanting to pay $44 like some do. If you cannot invest $44, into your coin, how do you expect us to invest our time and elec costs in mining. BTC price is rising so do it quick.

Use some of the premine to get a better ANN. Something a bit more professional looking. first impressions and all that. Nice Logo too would help.

Once the ANN is cleaned up, nice logo and coin listed on Yobit then do a bit of promo, but not till then. 20% premine is a big turn off, so be seen putting it to good use.

yes, we have 20M premine, we are ready to spend some to develope android wallet.
The biggest problem is, in Vietnam people dont own a PC, but a smartphone is common.
Sure we are ready to spend a lot of premined coins, to get our project running...

At now we are developing our own paper wallet, to give students, after well done lesson, task or even homework some coins.
The thing is, we need time to do the stuff. All the new things, we are going to share with the forum...

I know coin only 2 days old and not alot of people looking on here, but once you get the ANN cleaned up get a twitter account, if not already, and tweet about it none stop. Get people looking at the ANN get them asking questions, answer the questions, be active. It looks good if there are 5/10/20 pages, looks like you care. Share ideas, ask questions yourself and get involved. It is, after all, YOUR COIN.

I know nothing about developing but i have seen on other threads something about mobile wallets. BIOS Coin is doing one, maybe look at that if it's at all possible.

First, my vietnamese is good enough to order a beer in bia hoi.... please ask the questions in english.
Second thing is, we are starting some facebook channels, to give away the coins.
The biggest problem is, in Vietnam people dont own computers... but they all have a smartphone.... need an android wallet.

You need to look at Yobit Exchange listing. More people will be interested if it is on an exchange. https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/ this is a very good starter exchange, easy to get listed (0.1btc) and has a fairly good daily trade volume.

There is little point voting for exchange listing. You don't have enough followers needed to get to the top of the voting list, not on any exchange worth been on that is. Some coins have been on some voting lists for years, unless you pay for votes, or listing (yobit), then you stand little to no chance.

Didn't say you are scaming, but didn't rule out the possibility. As you might know there are more scamcoins than legit ones, so people are cautios. Just keep up good work, have some new features and more important, get on yobit.net or something like that to raise popularity and give coin some value.

I moved my miners. Mined it for the first few days. If it's goes to exchange i will most likely put them back onto it. Need exchange and to see things improving, ie cleaned up ANN thread would be a start.

It seems to me that you have very little 'Coin' skills. So development is unlikely, unless you get someone on board to help, so an exchange is your one and only course of action to get any interest in this coin. People only mine for the potential profit and even if they get free elec they could still have been mining a more profitable coin, so don't expect the big miners to hang around for long if they cannot turn their effort into BTC.

You are right, we need a exchange. I would even be ready to chip in a little for payed listing. I think yobit is 0.1 btc or something, so not that much.
Other thing - If this coin is kinda charity or donation to encourage kids to learn then Dev has to give community some proof of that. Lets say foto stories or something.

Sorry, but if you try to get listed at Yobit lately, they have not added new coins or responded to tickets for about 2 weeks.

They were active for about a week before that, and then prior to that activity, they were unresponsive for another 3 weeks.

It's a decent place to trade but when they are inactive you can't get a new coin added.

Looking pretty wacky on the block explorer. The richest address has over 99% of the coin supply.

EDIT: my apologies, it's the 20M premine stated in the OP. Nevermind. I was surfing through tx inputs and found it-- looks like there are some solo mining deposits to the premine address too.

You need to do much more than that to get the price up. Development of the coin/wallet would be good. A much nicer ANN page would help. If you are unable to do these things then going onto yobit chat and promoting the coin will help it get noticed. People on yobit want to see potential profit. This comes from development and active dev. Without any of this people will not buy. It's your coin you need to do something to help it.

There is a bot buying EDC on Yobit. The only problem is it is only buying it's own coins. Every time the bot starts, if you put a sale in lower, the bot stops, remove your sell and the bot restarts. It then relists the coins and starts to buy them again. If you want to sell your coins i suggest you remove your sells and let the bot raise the price, wait for buyers to place buys at a price you are happy with and dump into their buys. If you do not remove your sells the bot will not raise the sell price and the buy side will stay low. I have tried this 5 times today. When the bot starts i put in a lower sell and the bot stops buying as soon as i remove my sell the bot restarts to buy. Once it gets to a sell, that is not it's own, it puts the coins back up for sale, lower, and starts to buy them again. This creates false volume with the hope that others will then see all the volume/sells and buy into the higher sells. Same thing happens on all the other coins that the bot buys on Yobit.

Oh and any news on any future plans DEV ? This is the only thing that will actually raise the price in the long term.

There is a pump group on Yobit, put out a call to them and ask them to get onboard with you. Log into Yobit as EDC DEV asd ask for pump group to DM you. Get their advice on what you need to do so they can then do what they need to do.

Something needs to be done to help miners and investors to get a chance of any kind of return for their faith in you.

The pumpers usually work with the dev. The dev releases some good news and they co-ordinate their pump with the news. This gets people outside the pump group to also buy into the pump and the price rockets. Last one holding usually makes a loss. Rule is to get in and out and not to be too greedy.

Come on dev. Do something constructive to get this coin up in price.

At yobit there are a lot of such pumps :)

This is why lots of noob traders falls victim on such pumps by P&D groups.

There are lot of pumpers, but sorry I dont see to pay a fortune for that, second thing is, I dont see to pump the price for miners, there are always some idiots, which sell it for 19 sat. I never promised to make someone rich with the coin.
Talked to some investors, they are very interested in buying the coin, so the cheap price is just now very good for all. For 10 sat I will buy them all. Cheaper than mining.

Well i dumped all my coins. I see nothing here to make me think they are worth holding onto. Dev seems to be doing absolutely nothing to help this coin grow. Put my BTC, from selling, into a coin with active dev. Good luck to the rest of you.

From one Dev to another "put some effort into your coin, prove yourself to the community and you will gain followers, then supporters, then investors"  Statements like that land you on the shitcoin list.

To be fair to the guy, he does say in the Op that they do not know how to develop the coin and will be looking for help. I am sure he will compensate you, if you are a dev, and can help him.

(in this case you cann't transfer).
Also you can using pools as nodes, there is always full blockchain and actual last block.

Can you do less block reward, low difficulty and periodic optimization of block chain,
to pack signle blocks with reward coins generation in one block when blockchain will be optimized.

Hey, Dev's I see this coin have no miners, so I did solo mine it to confirm my transaction.
I did found nonce from block 62219 in my ccminer, but I got only 50 EDC block reward and no any transactions in this block.
My transaction is pending from cryptopia and I have transaction hash.
I see transaction is completed, signed and sent to the network, but it cann't be found in block explorer:
Error! : Search found no results for: b2aa8c8fcc8bc6378b1a8f202be30bc2c55053863abf00def95b2b40d1c1366b it's transaction hash.

It was been sent 7/09/2017 at 11:28:00 AM, but I see 5 blocks from this moment and this blocks without any transactions.
