No,just ignore the billing page ( where it asks for credit card info)..just submitting info on first page is enough

so when I got to the billing page, all I have to do is click on the logo on the left corner to go back to the start page and wait for the gift card to be emailed?

Apparently, all that is needed is the first two pages so after you complete that you can just click the logo and go back to the home screen. You should receive your gift card in a couple of days I'm guessing.
