No,just ignore the billing page ( where it asks for credit card info)..just submitting info on first page is enough

I know this method some insurance company is providing free 5$ amazon gift card for this we need to provide our details and they ask that "You have Pet" name, age, any diseases for your pet etc., Afterwords they will ask CC. Offcouz VCC works. Bro. If i am not wrong i thing this the method and the Method only works for USA peoples only and need to Provide real USA address and Phone number.

Apparently, all that is needed is the first two pages so after you complete that you can just click the logo and go back to the home screen. You should receive your gift card in a couple of days I'm guessing. |
