I doubt anyone will be willing to exchange your paypal to btc because we all know that paypal is reversible and as you are using a newbie account, you are not one to be trusted around here. I am not saying that you are up to something bad but I am only telling you this because people in here are cautious.

Your right but I am willing to do smaller amounts at first, as this is what I do with newbies and have been doing from the start so they can get more trust from others here. I know it is a risk but that is one I am willing to take on smaller amounts, that is  ;)

You can get scam if you try to send it first because paypal has reversible payment if the receiver not responding in 24 hours you can reverse the payment once you didn't receive anything from the receiver..
And i think you have a high rank account. i just feel it..

This sounds sketchy. I wouldn't deal with OP if I were you. PayPal can be charged back up to 180 days later. No matter how small the deal, any lost BTC is completely avoidable here.

@OP do you have any currency that's not so easily charged back?
