Post by: BTCat on May 14, 2016, 08:47:22 PM

Ophion Signature Campaign - Earn 0.025 BTC per week with your signature

This campaign is for maximum 40 users with rank Member and higher. No newbee and Jr. accounts.

Signature Campaign Rules
Payment is 0.001/post with a minimum of 15 a week and maximum of 25 a week.
3 of your posts for the week should be posted in the Ophion thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1464725.0
Posts should have some substance or content. No spamming! You can also create a new thread and have Ophion as your subject of discussion.
Posts will be reviewed for quality although not too strict, a good joke can be valid :)
No negative trust accounts.
Posts in this thread do not count.
Posts in these boards: Off-topic, Archival, Games and rounds will not be counted for payment.
When you participate you must keep your signature for the full week to get paid for your posts.
Do not combine Ophion signature with another campaign.

How to Apply
Setup your signature by choosing the code from your rank below.
Create a post in this thread with:

Current postcount (from profilepage) :
Bitcoin wallet :

Payment is done at least twice per week so depending on when you joined the campaign you may have to wait a few days max.
When your week has passed then please repost your postcount and Bitcoin wallet. If you do not then someone else may join.

Funds are in Escrow and they will be paid out by the Escrow. I (BTCat) do not have control over funds otherwise then collect information on who should be paid out what amount.

All above accepted as long you set your signature.
I'll make exception for Jack having -2 trust but after this no more red trust.
Choose the signature you like best.

Tomorrow I will collect all in a list and see if I can make a spreadsheet.

Only 19 more can join after this post.

Thanks for joining everyone!

After reconsideration i've decided to not take part, obvious i wish the manager best of luck.

The reason why is dark markets don't seem to be the future in if is setup with a system of hidden markets.

Posts of the past are not involved in the campaign. New posts will be verified for quality as written in OP. If people post spam or too short text without content then it won't count.

well, as OP mentioned the enrollment period is only 1 week, and the period can be used for testing how good the participant is,when the period is end, the person will need to enroll again and whether the person accepted or not,it's OP decision by looking to the person's post quality before

The Issue is that Ophion is a New Coin and when good members post quality Posts, it will be good for the Coin.

Its not good that for first week you hire all the Spammers  and then in next week you start the cleaning process.

Take Some time, make a spreadsheet and hire only select quality Members in the start.  Its my suggestion only.

Well we don't need to be that harsh  :D

All I ask is to create 1 or 2 good sentences that has a little content, opinion or whatever. An example of unqualified post: "Go go Bitcoin, Arise Chicken."  ;D

Genos already have a nice CBX signature, why change it anyways!

Next week on sunday I can see how many slots will be free then registration is open again.

Since already more then 20 others posted before all who are still posting it does not make sense to create reservation list.

So I will just reopen it and then it's first come first serve.

The campaign will be for 4 weeks total.

Are you in hurry mate ? You should better read the above and thread title before posting. Its clearly mentioned there that this campaign is Full and the campaign manager is not even making a reserve list and choosing based on first come first serve basis
So, there is no point in making an enrollment post

It has come to my attention that many posts made in the requested thread for this signature campaign do not fully contribute to the thread discussion or spark further discussion. We are not looking for posts specifically praising Ophion or saying that you hope it goes well. Nobody will be kicked from this campaign during the week but you may be removed after the campaign is over if many of your posts are not sufficient. So please be aware of this when posting. Your posts must contribute to conversations and not be just a simple string of words.

Thank you,
Sebastian.

Ah ok. It was just about advice. Seeing people post and no communication is a guarantee for problems. Something you should avoid when it comes to a signature campaign, but also in other things in life ;)

Don't worry about payment. The full amount was escrowed to a trustable member on this forum

Escrow by Hero Member: notaek (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=76847)

i have a question here,by looking into the 2nd rules which tell:
3 of your posts for the week should be posted in the Ophion thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1464725.0
i doubt it can be done since the thread was closed and does the signature campaign still running untill 4 weeks as stated by hazelnutter before?
after the first week fo signature campaign was done, all the previous participants will be cleared from the spreadsheet and need to apply once again with "first come first served" rules?

The thread was not closed so the 3 posts can be made!

All current participants get time until sunday to reconfirm they want to stay in for the 2nd week. Only after that we can see how many free slots there are and how many new can apply.

I'm sorry, you are right. I only found out now that there is a problem.

I'm afraid this means this campaign is also halted until I found out what happened and what the Escrow will do in response. As stated in OP I do not control the funds and I'm just hired to run this campaign. Sorry guys.

I'd like to make a suggestion to all participants in this campaign:
Stop advertising them, immediately.
(Yes, even though the site is down at the moment, doesn't really matter.)

You can make a post in this thread, then archive it or just post an archived version of your profile page (archive.is).
That way, when deciding the payouts, notaek and BTCat both can see that you were wearing the signature for the full time of the campaign.
After that, remove them from your signature.

Just curious how to archive my posts?  I've never dealt with anything like this before in the past... is it something that I need to type in URL somewhere maybe?

There are sites for that purpose, archive.is being one of the most populare ones.
http://archive.is/nVszz#90% (your post)
http://archive.is/FlYG0 (profile page)

P.S. Does someone knows how long archive.is stores it's data?

How long the page will be stored?
Virtually forever. We have a lot of free space and alhough the archive grows with time, the storage and bandwidth get cheaper.
(From their FAQ.)

If escrow will have any funds left after paying to sig campaign members, it would be very cool if he could pay 0.0346 BTC to me, because Ophion devs owe me that sum for my translation services.

Hello notaek,

Due to legendary idiot member Hueristic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=198573), We are having a hard time continuing developement or getting interested parties involved with development. We have now just lost one of the exchanges because of his messages. He is ruining what Ophion could be for you.

Ophion is to be developed by 2 people I know well and have worked with (Still in discussion about payment) We can continue this project but I really dont know how much we can make from it now as a bit of fud like this can turn people off.

As the project is terminated we don't think about continuing our signature campaign and so I am requesting you to return me the bitcoins I kept in your escrow address. These are investor's funds which I will have to return them as a token of good will. Returning the funds to investors is more important than paying out to signature spammers.

Kindly send me them to 1LnjyM12aPkzceninWeoEFkiTYXpVNH6Tp

Thank you for taking time. You have been a good escrower. I will definitely contact you again after we deal with the flaws in our project.

Hello notaek,

Due to legendary idiot member Hueristic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?=
action=3Dprofile;u=3D198573), We are having a hard time continuing develope=
ment or getting interested parties involved with development. We have now j=
ust lost one of the exchanges because of his messages. He is ruining what O=
phion could be for you.

Ophion is to be developed by 2 people I know well and have worked with (Sti=
ll in discussion about payment) We can continue this project but I really d=
ont know how much we can make from it now as a bit of fud like this can tur=
n people off.

As the project is terminated we don't think about continuing our signature =
campaign and so I am requesting you to return me the bitcoins I kept in you=
r escrow address. These are investor's funds which I will have to return th=
em as a token of good will. Returning the funds to investors is more import=
ant than paying out to signature spammers.

Kindly send me them to 1LnjyM12aPkzceninWeoEFkiTYXpVNH6Tp

Thank you for taking time. You have been a good escrower. I will definitely=
contact you again after we deal with the flaws in our project.

The campaign was more then halfway underway (just 1 day) before payment) and you decided to just return it?

Fully aware that
1 The site site was locked
2 All threads were locked, meaning it was a scam to happen
3 Again the campaign was 1 day away for payment
4 You escrowed got PM's and  decided to go into silentmode for over 16 hours

But your egoistic mind thought (I can earn btc because he stated;"I will definitely contact you again after we deal with the flaws in our project").

This 4 reasons are more then enough to me that you are either on the scam, or you benefited else wise.

You didn't even contacted the community manager...

Eitherway you should be held responsible after such a big mess up (see my 4 points)

P.S. Even if he did wanted to tripple the BTC and give it all to Unicef. The signature campaign members should be paid if there is just (let me repeat it) 1 day away from payment.

I received an email from hazelnutter, demanding back his coins.

-snipped-

You are a fucking joke. I mean, really? ...

If you wanted to ensure that he would keep up to his word (which he probably isn't going to do) (or maybe this is your alt account or whatever) you would have requested that you get the list of return address (which there probably isn't) and you would send them back personally (which you probably won't).

Also, I've helped him point out bugs on his (shitty) website, as well as other people helped pitch in and was excited about this (god awful) project.

You guys are the worst...

He is not a joke, he was in on it or got a good amount of bitcoins to cover his involvement.  Facts are facts and I opened a scam accusation thread against him https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1479635.msg14915266#msg14915266

Let's be real. There is no way he was asleep and just transferred the bitcoins. No way.

Edit
And yes it's not about my payment. For the record: I did not make a screenshot and hereby deny payment from stolen money.

But he (Notaek) appearenty being both an escrow and signature campaign manager (WTF how can someone like him got be trusted for both?) forget about his duties and chose for easy money thinking he was out of range of the facts.

It was the signed message, which I'm afraid had me convinced to return the funds.

I apologise for not being sensible enough with my decicion but all I can do now is to partially payout the participants from the service fee he sent me.

I respect your opinion but I haven't been through this situation before.

There is a thing called justice. Every man and woman knows about it and what you did was injustice.
You, being a signature manager yourself (which makes you story very very very hard to believe) get an e-mail about closing the campaign.

These things happends. There is just 1 day before payment. You were asked for holding funds escrow for.. THE signature campaign.

Your sense tells you..
Hmm yeah wait let me not see what is happening there?
Hmm what about the signature campaign members? Tomorrow they get payment?

LOL no you stature as a 'signature campaign manager' leads to you pay.

With escrows like you we don't need any escrow ever for escrow. What you did was exactly the thing for which escrows are in the first place.
And still you act innocent? Uh uh ;)

Exactly, and the funny thing is that there wasn't even a hint of curiosity to check out the spam boards or anything else on here to see what the current situation was with everyone else... I guess in his eyes, it's better to sell out and allow these guys to get away with ~17 BTC and probably get a good chunk of the cut, than sell his account to someone else straight up... because now his trust is probably going to go down from this point on.

The very best thing to do now is audit who is the participant and they should be payed for their works their some fund heing escrowed and that shoulf be given to participants even though the campaign is close, this is not very good for the community if something like this will be happen again.

Manager should make audit who participants would be payed Even though its little btc but the matter their is participant should be payed for their hard work.

He will not sell it now, because he still plays the innocent child/dog.

We are not good for trust (though we got good arguments), but we are not alone in this quest:
https://archive.is/ZlxKg

Selling out yourself for 1 BTC that's low,  Whatever he will do in live. His price was less then 450 dollars. That's cheap man.

The manager BTCat is not a very intelligent guy either (probably why the scammers chose them).

About BTCat:
He did not make a spreadsheet after almost a week after being asked to by.. almost everyone.
He also got his twitter account banned while promoting his promotion service.

It seems the scammers found the most idiotic people on this forum.... and perhaps even alive

I think escrow on sig cam
p is to ensure that the participants got paid by his service but now escrow here lost its function

Yeah. People lost money and there will be end to that story.

Other people lost through an incompetent escrow and so called manager.
Since the escrow  Notaek was at fault more (money) and Notaek start to blame BTCat for a missing list:

I need a spreadsheet ASAP! Where's BTCat?
Witch hunting will lead you into nothing.

Which is crazy since a list will give you nothing. Check the OP and count down to page 3 where you find applicants.. idiot!

The scammers did cover some tracks, but you my idiot friend, you did not cover well enough.

This is very interesting to read, bitcoin-hunter is a bit hard  on some people, but with full right in my opinion.
I think situation was pretty clear with this campaign, when they shut down everything, escrow should give that money to people from campaign. I don`t know how manager of campaign is paid, but he also need to fight for justice here. At least that will help him with reputation here.  What to think now about people who needs to protect us from scammers?

LOL how am I hard. I am just stating facts. Notaek and BTCat followed the scammers just to easily. To a sense which doesn't make it realistic.

Thing is they both are dealing in signature, escrow etc. so they should never and, I repeat, never be in a position to trust funds or be responsible of funds.

This is real money and we are dealing with adults.  Adults are the ones who should take responsibility for their actions right?

Look at the facts and think again, Am I too hard, Is this a witchhunt?

No/ Nein/ Non, I just lost some money of this signature campaign. 10 dollars. Don't worry I will survive that ;) But like I said above, the reason I do this is that people like them who support scammers, should never be able to do it again...

Suppose?

So what do the members on DT think about all of this shenanigans?  Looks like Notaek 1) Made a boneheaded mistake, or 2) Is bullshitting and is a scammer.  I only see the one negative trust in a sea of positive trust.  I know it's hard to believe someone would ruin all of that for so little, but you know we've seen it happen before.

I'm currently waiting on BTCat to come forward and join the discussion over here.
I've contacted notaek via PM (right after he posted that email) and from my judgement, he doesn't seem like a scammer,
but rather like a guy who did a big mistake and is now trying to sort out the aftermath.

I've been asked for (/and offered) my help with that, but more regarding this later.
Based on all the above, I don't think it's necessary to issue a negative feedback on notaek (yet), others might disagree though.

Btcat must answer this allegation and he must online know to give the spreadsheet to notaek so it will be resolve as soon as possible so they can protect the participants right to be payed.

But theres nothing we can do now since btcat is offline for now To resolve the issue for this problem.

BTCAT is no where , hes gone, It was fraud from the start. He never make spreadsheet and never check quality of the posters.
So it was from his point of view the biggest fraud.

But i smell a much greater fraud in Signature Campaign as it has given a way to other think on the same ways.

See and wait for another better Fraud coming soon

Why would a signed message get you to agree to return the funds? The only thing that proves is that you were receiving a message from the person you thought you were receiving it from.

How much exactly did he pay you and how much is owed to participants? What is going to happen with the difference?

An escrow is supposed to protect both sides, which u didn't do in this case. It is the escrows fault to refund the coins, without knowing sbout the rest of the situation. If I don't receive the 0.025btc, either the scammers are going to give me that, which not is going to happen, or the escrow has to pay everyone since he was so stupid to refund the coins. If the escrow decides to not do anything, say goodbye to your trust level.

I'm around and will never leave or avoid a situation like this. Only here in Netherlands it's was nighttime and just waking up to the responses.

I was against the decision of the escrow. He only listened to Hazelnutter and did not concidder all who did the signature tasks. This is exactly the purpose of having an escrow to be neutral towards both sides. With having no funds this campaign has ended.

This is my only account I work with so I'm not the escrow or any other person that was involved with Ophion. I've had contact with Ophion only since last week.

It seems hostility from people that lost money comes this way but you are barking against the wrong trees. I never even had control over any funds and it's not my project. My Twitter account has nothing to do with this, it's suspended because I have too many automated crypto news.

Talking about a spreadsheet, usually I would keep such records just for managing purpose in private. All the information is in the thread, who applied, their Bitcoin address and posts can be counted. Without having the 1 btc funds it has become meaningless to even produce it. If someone like the escrow is willing to pay out of pocket then all the info's are here.

Sorry to the people that have signed up and did not get paid.

I think you should make the spreadsheet because you are the campaign manager? and send it to the escrow of this campaign, then it's escrow's responsibility to pay the participants.

Mr.notaek said that he want spreadsheet of members so he can determine who is he gonna pay i think thats reasonable for  escrow so he can fix the problem.

Dont say sorry to the members theres escrow fixing things.

Since Mr. Notaek has returned the needed funds there is no reason to make it. If anyone wants to, feel free to do so.

If anyone wants to give btc to another person from his own then it's easy to pick some accounts from the first pages.

If I had controlled the funds I would have send everyone 0.025 without even counting posts, that would have been fair.

Clearly people like you who make blind posts shouldn't be accepted in any campaign. At least make an effort to read before posting something.

According to the PMs we've exchanged, notaek is ready to provide the needed funds out of his pocket, not immediately, but over time and in increments.

For doing so, he needs to have the payment information, thats btc addresses and the according amounts.
It doesnt fall in his responsibility to collect those, it's your job to do as a campaign manager.
Paying the maximum possible 0.025 to everyone you accepted without checking posts and with this being a pay per post campaign, doesn't seem fair to him.
'Id suggest you pick up on the job you were hired to do and collect/submit that information for him.

even if you say that is fair, i dont really think so. because not everybody can post 25 per week
it's right that the rules is really strict but the quality is the main problem in this campaign though  ::)

Since BTCat seems to avoid doing what he was hired/paid for, notaek has asked me to make the post count/payment calculations, which I will start with right now.
As he will be paying the amounts from his own pocket, we agreed that it would be better to have the payment calculations made by a 3rd party (me in this case).
Due to the fact that I wasn't involved with this campaign in any way, this might take some more time than usually.

I'd like to empathize that I am in no way affiliated with Ophion, BTCat and notaek,
I'm doing this as a favor for notaek and because I want to see the participants paid aswell.

I'll keep you updated.

A spreadsheet was already made by a member and I have forwarded it to Notaek.

If they want to make it public they can post it.

I was hired for one week on 10 May. With funds disapearing I called it an end to the campaign. I'm not happy either with dozens of PM's still going on and the aggression on this thread. I understand it when people miss out on payments but no need to start harrassing or making false statements. At least there seem to be some good intention to repair the situation. If it will be it's not in my hands and I'm not managing this campaign or a resolution any longer.

Thread will stay open.

Anytime I was ever the escrow of a signature campaign, I would always personally verify that each participant had actually posted the address that the campaign manager told me to pay to as well as that each participant had actually made the number of posts the campaign manager claimed they had made. Otherwise he would have no way to knowing that he was actually paying to the correct address and actually paying the correct amounts.

Quickseller is right spreadsheet made said by btcat should be post publicly so participants can confirm if the sending address is right and no error again.
There is no spreadsheet created by btcat, the one existing is by laikuf, one of the participants of this campaign.
Furthermore, it seems to be incomplete/partly incorrect to me.

Thnx.
That is not what I said, I am saying that it is the responsibility of the escrow to personally verify that he is sending the btc to the correct address and for the correct amount. This ultimately means the escrow checking the enrollment posts himself.

why everyone saying they not responsible and not showing the spread sheet either.

Is it a part of game plan not to get a Red trust ?

Hello Lutpin. As you are controlling the campaign now. I want to say that I am not satisfied with this spreadsheet.. In this spreadsheet I am not eligible for payment because I didn't wrote any posts in Ophion Thread(Rule No.2)
Yes I didn't wrote any posts there. I wasn't have any idea what to write there. the rule is completely encouraging spamming. just have a look it Ophion Thread. you'll see everyone spamming there by writing 3 posts just to get payment..

I was thinking to send PM's to compaign manager and owner about the rule. but since everything is getting worst.
I don't think that rule should be followed anymore, .

I am not an spammer or unsubstantial poster. so I think I should get my payment of 22 posts.

yeah i think because this campaign is not fully running in a week and some problem happening, the spreadsheet maker should forget about the rules and just pay by post count,we can't reply to locked thread even once lol,and the sig camp seems running just only about 4days,it's not fair to elect who deserve to be paid through the rules

Hello Lutpin. As you are controlling the campaign now.
I'm not. I've created a spreadsheet with what I believe to be the right amounts due for payment to each user.
That spreadsheet however is not binding, it's merely an offer I make to notaek.

I want to say that I am not satisfied with this spreadsheet.
Neither am I. However, that's not my spreadsheet to start with. It was created by the user laikuf.

In this spreadsheet I am not eligible for payment because I didn't wrote any posts in Ophion Thread(Rule No.2)
I chose to ignore that rule in my sheet, however I noted those who wouldn't be eligible by that rule, so notaek can decide how to continue.

I am not an spammer or unsubstantial poster. so I think I should get my payment of 22 posts.
It's not my task to evaluate post quality, my sheet is only based on the quantity of posts, not their quality (most of the users here wouldn't have been accepted in one of my campaigns to start with).
I've got you noted down wit 17 posts in mine.

I've created a spreadsheet with the payments I think are fair/due/fitting/..., you can find it under the following url:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1i9Ma81rDFodUDbqZhHgGPnSszrijEgpSvtdzbWycpwg/edit?usp=sharing
If payments are made according to this sheet, notaek is to pay 0.537 to 25 different users.
I chose to ignore the rule requiring 3 posts in their official thread, however, I noted those down that didn't.
However, in the current version, as the sheet is right now, the rules for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 posts stand.
I haven't counted any posts made after May 20, 2016, 08:50:28 AM, which is the time BTCat halted the campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1472638.msg14907327#msg14907327).

I think it's unfair to use the 20/5 date as the end post date. We signature members were under the impression that we had until today to post. In my case 10 posts are deducted and i get 0 payment according to your sheet. Which is just unfair.

Okay , so I am not eligible to be paid , because I have only 12 posts , although the campaign was halted before it completes one week , the rules say ( 15 post minimum/ week ) , but you ignored other rule which is ( 3 posts in OPH thread ) , I want to ask why you ingnored one rule and kept other . any way you are campaign's manager , and know a lot about those things , but if all participants accepted this spreadsheet ,I don't want to make other problem here , I will respect your decision .

If I'm notaek I would personally apply every single rule in the campaign with a pro rated number as far as posts. Campaign was halted 1 day short of payday. Basically you'd need 2.15 posts on average per day so on 6 days you would need 12.9 posts to qualify and 2 posts in main thread. Anyone who didnt get at least these qualifications would get 0 payment IMO.

Of course this is just how I would do it. Notaek will handle it how he feels is proper.

In my opinion that's honestly the best way to do it. Why pay for people who didn't even get enough posts in the ophion thread in 6 days. Were they just gonna spam 3 posts in the option thread on the last day.

For the 13/15 posts minimum, it's not going to make a difference. Those who failed the quota failed with 12 or less posts, hence none of them will switch from unpaid to paid when taking the factor into account (I checked that previously myself).
As for the 3 post rule, honestly, I think this was a bullshit rule, that's why I ignored it in my sheet. However, the decision is up to notaek, which I told him when he asked for my advice regarding the rule.

You can make a reasonable argument for both sides.
I don't think you have to pay them, although I think it would be nice to.
In the end, it's not my money being spent on this, so that's really a decision up to you.

In actually they are two days , Luptin didn't count my yesterday's posts , and there are same cases for other members , but for sure no one knew that the campaign will halt , we didn't break the rules because the rule say 15 posts minimum in all the week , even they ignored other rule , so why they didn't ignore this rule also to be fair ?
In my opinion all participants must be paid due to their post's quality not to their post's number .

If I was to take post quality into account, almost none of you would have made the quota (according to my standards).
Since this wasn't my campaign to manage though, I opted for the pure quantity way, as that one is more objective.

Again, my spreadsheet is just a suggestion, based on my views and my thoughts on how to continue.
It's up to notaek to decide if he wants to go through with it or go down another path.

No you did not make the post quota anyway thanks for offering the investors.

I don't think 1 liners should be counted as posts though as they are often contain little information pertaining to the topic and are just useless tidbits some people can make 1 liners work but not everyone.

Obviously he would say yes to that since it would cost less.

As far as it goes to the min post rule of 15 / 3 post rule it's obvious that the terms of the campaign have changed, being forced to be stopped early. Which makes it hard to find a satisfactory solution.
On one hand rules are rules and if you follow the rules  strictly it would be clear that the deadline and counting of the post should be tomorrow.
Next week on sunday I can see how many slots will be free then registration is open again.

Since already more then 20 others posted before all who are still posting it does not make sense to create reservation list.

So I will just reopen it and then it's first come first serve.

The campaign will be for 4 weeks total.

The campaign manager did set out rules for us

Well we don't need to be that harsh  :D
All I ask is to create 1 or 2 good sentences that has a little content, opinion or whatever. An example of unqualified post: "Go go Bitcoin, Arise Chicken."  ;D
Genos already have a nice CBX signature, why change it anyways!

During the confusement of closing the threads members (like me for example) were not sure as to what would happen nor could post from friday morning into the main thread).
I did post 2 times in the thread but was waiting for a better discussion since users were spamming (WOW what a great coin and that kind of rubbish. Which the team didn't like.)

So what is fair in this regard? Opinions are good and should be considered but at the end of a project it's not the opinion of third party's that count, but the rules that were set out.

I think we all agree this mess should be be over with ASAP.

BTW. What's seems odd is that you would not count post made on 20/5? Wasn't the campaign last to this Sunday?

EDIT
There can be 2 options really
1 Either follow the rules strictly and with that take all rules in regard and count (re-count) the post tomorrow, with a new 'temporary' OPHION thread Or use the signature thread since that's the only thread left now
2 Or make a balance today of the post and have a discussion about which rules to follow and which rules not.

I don't think 1 liners should be counted as posts though as they are often contain little information pertaining to the topic and are just useless tidbits some people can make 1 liners work but not everyone.

I made 15 posts and 1 post 1 line
but I do not look  the terms min characters in this campaign
Posts after May 20, 2016, 08:50:28 AM don't count and I'm just saying that 1 liners shouldn't be counted as posts As they generally don't.have much info.

Obviously he would say yes to that since it would cost less.
Obviously, you didn't read what I was saying.
The question was whether or not to pay those users that didn't post 2 or 3 times in the official thread.
Not paying them would have been a cheaper solution for notaek, but as far as I know, he will opt for paying them anyway.
He has no obligation to do so.

The campaign manager did set out rules for us
The campaign manager seems to be gone.
He abandoned this campaign at the moment the runners called the quit, not caring for you guys left behind.
He could have helped us over here, but he chose not to.

BTW. What's seems odd is that you would not count post made on 20/5? Wasn't the campaign last to this Sunday?
I stopped counting all posts after the following posts by the campaign manager (who was still acting as one during that time):

I'm sorry, you are right. I only found out now that there is a problem.

I'm afraid this means this campaign is also halted until I found out what happened and what the Escrow will do in response. As stated in OP I do not control the funds and I'm just hired to run this campaign. Sorry guys.
It's clear he stopped/paused the campaign at this point (in consent with the advertisers), which is why I don't think there should be an obligation for notaek to pay posts after this (out of his own pocket).

So what is fair in this regard? Opinions are good and should be considered but at the end of a project it's not the opinion of third party's that count, but the rules that were set out.
I'm not forcing my opinion on anyone. I'm suggesting how to proceed based on my view from the outside.
I don't have a say in this, it's fully up to notaek.

2 Or make a balance today of the post and have a discussion about which rules to follow and which rules not.
I don't think a discussion between participants "which rule to follow" is going to bring us anywhere.

Mr Lutpin. I understand you , but I want to explain something , we don't want the escrow to pay us for the posts that have been made after the campaign was halted , we just want to get paid for our posts that made until the time of halting , so if I have listed 12 of 10 or ...
Posts until that date ,we get paid for them .
Summary : it is fair to ignore 15 posts minimum rule as you ignored other rule . I appreciate your work , but that will be fair for all participants .

I haven't left at all but my work was done the moment the 1 btc was returned.

If I had called the shots on that money then everyone would have gotten 0.025 regardless of the amount of posts and quality, just to solve the situation.

I can not decide about any other funds. If Notaek will pay from his personal money then that's very generous of him and he should decide himself who deserves what amount.

Replied everyone that PM'd me past days with the proper information so will not agree with some statements here.

So here's the finalization of the mess:

I made a mistake in returning the funds to scammer instead of waiting for the next day. ( I received the email at 1 am and took the decision soon after)

All the pending payments are hereby cleared: b97205dbdda3f7f87ff8817448fb57606553b9b1b4c861c0fb3f8e0054b941d6

Those who were not eligible for payment also received $1 as compensation: 6584f7b04062dd123a3a1dd69226e71e9a27c865e9939566cb976dd940116e0a

Everyone makes mistakes at some point of time. Learning from a mistake is what makes oneself sensible.
And insulting always isn't a perfect solution to a problem.

Well... this does make the situation better, since you were put in charge of only handling the campaign funds.  I agree that everyone makes mistakes, but it's just that when you are deemed an escrow of something like this, then you are put to a much higher regard and should never ever make those mistakes.  Escrows need to always make sure they fully understand both sides of an argument before making a decision to send funds somewhere, not to read up on one side of the argument at 1 am and then send all the funds to said person without seeing what the other people have to say.

I'll remove the negative trust, but I'll still keep it on there neutrally to "keep it on the record".

I'm wondering if someone was deliberately trying to frame my reputation at stake through this.

Actually, hazelnutter was the one who contacted me all of a sudden regarding the escrow and without even answering to his request he send me the escrow fee which is why I had to accept the request. Otherwise I wasn't interested in it in first place.

This is certainly valid for the sig campaign I'd say. Except that some participants here also may have invested in their ICO.

I can in no way shape or form even begin to fathom why notaek would send the escrow back when it is his job to ensure those that fulfill the contract get paid with those funds. That is the ENTIRE reason for escrow services!

I'm glad he came to his senses and if he doesn't pay pm me and I'll hit his trust as well. But looking at it I cannot see why he would ruin it over 1 BTC.

Your reading comprehension is failing you, i never stated I was part of the campaign and I do not do them to begin with. And I posted that first paragraph earlier and got back to the post later in the day. Anyway I am glad to see he came to his senses, I can only guess he was over tired as he stated it was late.

Have a look yourself: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Q88quCnhK-ZjKrL70C1uaGOJ4iqq7cd3EUzVr_l6qY/edit#gid=0

Dear Luptin, I have made 15 posts, please look at the timing of my last post and count them till my application to Ophion campaign. (including the post for application I have made 16 posts)

Please update my posts number.

You cam out here so late. the campaign had a big issue and suddenly closed. payment has been done already and nothing can change anymore.. you can send a PM to notaek ho took responsibility to pay every participants. but first check your bitcoin wallet.. I feel you've received your money if you ware in the campaign. because that spreadsheet you mentioned wasn't write and lutpin created another one and count all posts himself.

I think the payday was 22 may, and there was no any rule that when to post and have to spread their posts the whole of week, so any one was allowed to post whenever they want.

Ok, Thanks I have received the payment from noteak, But it happened very bad for him, he lost a large amount for the Ophion scammers,

I think they were here only to scam people, they thought that in that week everyone will buy Ophion and they will run away. We have to invest only in bitcoin and have to forget others, I think.

There are plenty of altcoin with good and steady developers. Projects that a run by capable people. The problem is that ICO in general has written the word SCAM all over it.
Luckily the 'dev's' backed out within 1 week, else much more money was lost.

It didn't go until the end of ICO, "dev" just picked up some 12-15 BTC if i remember correctly, and then he just closed everything and dissappeared as nothing happenned.
