I don't think BTcat will come here and make any spreadsheet. I think Notaet should take this responsibility and count all posts and pay them..
Notaek did a rally unexpected mistake.. he's very experience person and he shouldn't do this..

An escrow is supposed to protect both sides, which u didn't do in this case. It is the escrows fault to refund the coins, without knowing sbout the rest of the situation. If I don't receive the 0.025btc, either the scammers are going to give me that, which not is going to happen, or the escrow has to pay everyone since he was so stupid to refund the coins. If the escrow decides to not do anything, say goodbye to your trust level.

What the hell going on here? How notaek can do this even he knows that very well 40 participants worn the signature from 1 week and yesterday is the payment day..
Notaek you don't suppose to help a scammer here. if the funds were escrowed by you you are responsible to pay us now.

It was the signed message, which I'm afraid had me convinced to return the funds.

I apologise for not being sensible enough with my decicion but all I can do now is to partially payout the participants from the service fee he sent me.

Why would a signed message get you to agree to return the funds? The only thing that proves is that you were receiving a message from the person you thought you were receiving it from.

How much exactly did he pay you and how much is owed to participants? What is going to happen with the difference?

Exactly this. Which Signature manager (which he is) would ever do this or allow this?

I'm around and will never leave or avoid a situation like this. Only here in Netherlands it's was nighttime and just waking up to the responses.

I was against the decision of the escrow. He only listened to Hazelnutter and did not concidder all who did the signature tasks. This is exactly the purpose of having an escrow to be neutral towards both sides. With having no funds this campaign has ended. 

This is my only account I work with so I'm not the escrow or any other person that was involved with Ophion. I've had contact with Ophion only since last week.

It seems hostility from people that lost money comes this way but you are barking against the wrong trees. I never even had control over any funds and it's not my project. My Twitter account has nothing to do with this, it's suspended because I have too many automated crypto news.

Talking about a spreadsheet, usually I would keep such records just for managing purpose in private. All the information is in the thread, who applied, their Bitcoin address and posts can be counted. Without having the 1 btc funds it has become meaningless to even produce it. If someone like the escrow is willing to pay out of pocket then all the info's are here.

I think you should make the spreadsheet because you are the campaign manager? and send it to the escrow of this campaign, then it's escrow's responsibility to pay the participants.

Clearly people like you who make blind posts shouldn't be accepted in any campaign. At least make an effort to read before posting something.

According to the PMs we've exchanged, notaek is ready to provide the needed funds out of his pocket, not immediately, but over time and in increments.

For doing so, he needs to have the payment information, thats btc addresses and the according amounts.
It doesnt fall in his responsibility to collect those, it's your job to do as a campaign manager.
Paying the maximum possible 0.025 to everyone you accepted without checking posts and with this being a pay per post campaign, doesn't seem fair to him.
'Id suggest you pick up on the job you were hired to do and collect/submit that information for him.

even if you say that is fair, i dont really think so. because not everybody can post 25 per week
it's right that the rules is really strict but the quality is the main problem in this campaign though

Since BTCat seems to avoid doing what he was hired/paid for, notaek has asked me to make the post count/payment calculations, which I will start with right now.
As he will be paying the amounts from his own pocket, we agreed that it would be better to have the payment calculations made by a 3rd party (me in this case).
Due to the fact that I wasn't involved with this campaign in any way, this might take some more time than usually.

I'd like to empathize that I am in no way affiliated with Ophion, BTCat and notaek,
I'm doing this as a favor for notaek and because I want to see the participants paid aswell.

If they want to make it public they can post it.

I was hired for one week on 10 May. With funds disapearing I called it an end to the campaign. I'm not happy either with dozens of PM's still going on and the aggression on this thread. I understand it when people miss out on payments but no need to start harrassing or making false statements. At least there seem to be some good intention to repair the situation. If it will be it's not in my hands and I'm not managing this campaign or a resolution any longer.
