how do you top these up in Europe?

-each card are assign with a unique IBAN so, you can top-up card through bank-to-bank transfer online or offline (from bank into the prepaid card)

-You can also top-up card through most ATM i.e from own prepaid/debit card into Paypal prepaid card

-Lastly, those in germany,spain & italy can easily top-up offline in any sisal/cartalis point.


NOTE : prepaid card can easily be top-up in countries were they have sisal/cartalis point

Sorry, maybe I'm asking a stupid question, but how do you get these cards? Are they stolen, forged or something else? And how dangerous (in termsw of breaking law) could be to use them?

I normally bypass such question but, for curiosity sake i will have to answer this.

Well, there are three mean's of getting these prepaid card here in italia either through official site of the issuer, through reseller's shop and on most filtrinelli shop where game,paysafecard are sold. Anyone can buy such card without document from these shop and complete the verification process online.

I have means of activating these prepaid card online to those who are into legitimate online biz. And, these question bring's me to the next issue;

NOTE: Pls, for now i will NOT reply to irrelevant question(s) from newbies because i prefer dealing with senior,hero... member's. The prepaid card will not be activated for newbies without proven history here. I'm sorry about this :)
    In regard's to if, this is legal it depends on what you intend to do with the card. It's the same as collecting a normal prepaid card with your personal info (ID card..) For sure you'll have problem if, you engage in any illegal activites but, if, your activities online are ethnical nobody will care's or trace how these card where activated in the first place.

Is it possible to load (top-up) the card by 3rd party SEPA bank transfer using card's IBAN? For example I want to receive a payment from a forex broker.

I am also interrested in this one! But as far as i know these cards need documents and an Italian tax number to be opened directly at a branch of lottomatica. But as i am not living in Italy i could also be wrong. :)
I will wait on some feedback before i buy one.

I am quite interrested in the card of course. But not without some security!
