I am also interrested in this one! But as far as i know these cards need documents and an Italian tax number to be opened directly at a branch of lottomatica. But as i am not living in Italy i could also be wrong.
I will wait on some feedback before i buy one.

☞why not, but, i do request payment to cover the cost of shipment upfront because this is a separate expenses i have to make in order to ship package anonymously to the expected destination.
