So goes up according to forum activity (not number of posts).  Legendary is random look in meta there is a good thread showing when some people hit it.

So my conclusion is that it is between 775-1030 activity. Every two weeks on Tuesday there starts a new activity period, everyone is able to get maximal 14 activity points per period. Each post equals one activity tilla maxium of 14 each two week period. If u make more than 14 posts in a period, it will not be counted to the next period.

Your reply makes me wonder if you have read my whole post and not just left a reply to increase your post count. If you have read my post, you would have known that my post isn't only about the legendary rank, but also it explains how the activity system works. Also fix your grammar, it is shit. I put much effort in my posts and do research before submitting a post, you also should do that.

Reply to the zazarb's post(I don't want to create a new post): Again your grammar is shit in your reply. You just simply can't formulate a good English sentence.

I fully read your post, and again can confirm that is not necessary, OP ask how to be a hero not legendary, and notlist3d has answer with link to detail info, my grammar the content does not change.
And my  my posts count significantly exceeds limits for which paid.
