I not need your offer but maybe you can answer my question.

I got 10$ free in my uber account and linked some virtual credit card.

But why i am unable to use my free ride it tells me my credit card id rejected.

Why they even try to charge it ?
It's a free ride!

Because even if it is a free ride once the ride goes over $10 the exceeded amount will be automatically charged to your credit card. You need to have a valid card with some amount of money in it to use them.

But the fare was estimated to cost 7$.
How much do you think should be loaded to my credit card in order for me to use the free fare?!

It could be since they don't accept virtual cards, or only accept cards from reputable banks. A lot of services refuse to also accept debit cards.

@angelinus, could this cause trouble to my account ? I have read people had their accounts banned because of something illegal behind this.

The referrals are provided by real genuine accounts and therefore your account will be completely safe.

The news you have been reading is probably about users who had more than thousands of free rides by promoting their referral code on reddit - this is prohibited according to Uber's policies.

I've had long-term customers and they are all happy with the service without any problems caused to their accounts.

My friends referral code says $20 for each referral. Does that mean he gets $20 for each free ride? I'm in US.
Mine says $15, strange.
I can take one if its $15x3 rides. Even better if its $20x3!

Yes it means each free ride is equals to $15 for you and $20 for your friend.

Just curious on the certain guidelines for these free rides.

Is there a mileage limit?

Edit: Nevermind I got my answer with the random amounts above. The only question I still have is if I use this for 3 codes, wouldnt there be limitations on me using your services on a continued basis or no?

These things dont expired date do they?

All free rides have an expirary day of 90 days.

You will be able to use them anytime within that 3 months.

So far, so good. I have received 2 of the rides and he is still within his timeframe for the rest of the order.

I have bought from 4 different people selling Uber rides at this point on here and Hackforums. There is one guy that gets the rides delivered faster but he also charges more. This seller delivers faster than some others and replies quickly to messages. So far I'm pretty satisfied.

It is recommended that you only use a maximum of 3 uber free rides per day. If you go over that there is a risk of your account being manually checked.

These free rides are added with abiding by the T&C of Uber company - all rides are legitimately added with proper use of referral codes.


As in terms of your country, please check with Uber if you are eligible to get free rides in your country. I know that US, Aus, Canada, Europe, India is eligible.

The least you could get for a free ride is usually $10 in U.S, Canada, Aussie. Even if it is, you still save. Don't worry.

Yes.. I have clearly stated that the free rides are worth $20 only in English speaking countries..

I am not willing to sell the rides for those living in countries such as pakistan; as the free rides are worth much less there

I have been waiting for some time as well, with no updates. I asked him to refund my money, but he won't do that either.

What bugs me is he isn't responding to PM's.  I'm about to call SCAM on this deal until I hear from him.  2-5 days is long past.  AT THIS TIME I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from him (not that they are anyway).

His OP says he accepts Paypal.  If you paid by PayPal just file a scam report & chargeback.  If you paid by BTC you are SOL.

That sucks man. I bought from him and got the rides within a day and wanted to continue to due business. Hopefully something came up and the issue gets fixed.

The user has a red trust and hasn't been available online since the 25 th of September. I don't think he is around anymore. There is another seller on the forum who is also selling Uber rides. Will post link here once I find it.
