Hello i am looking for someone who have a very good download speed and who can download for me a 12GB FILE, and send it to me by mail in a USB driver, i will pay for the usb drive + the mail delivery and + the service, we will of course use escrow, let me know if someone can do that for me.

May i know what country you are from and when do you expect to recieve the file? I can help you with this but i need more informations

Wait,why do you need someone to do it off seas ? Why not visit the nearest Cyber Cafe?Maybe ask a help from a friend with good internet connection ? Maybe pay all that shipping and USB money for the extra data to download the file ? Not like entire Algeria has the slowest internet connection in the World.I smell something suspicious here,are you asking someone to download something which is banned in your country ?

How much is the maximum you can offer for downloading 12 gb.. honestly its high size.. but i can donwload it in LTE internet.. i will pay for LTE internet and i will try to download the file.. looks like this is 3d game..

In Algeria we have one ISP which is the one from the government, we pay 20$ to have a 2mbps internet ( dl speed = 200-250kb/s ) the best subscription plane they have is 8mbps which cost 70$/month ...
All Cyber Cafe here have 1mbps connection, about the file that i want to download it's a free-to-play game ...

I am from Tunisia, the sister country to Algeria and can do this for you, even find someone from Algeria here to carry it to you.

What game do you want to download. 1 mbps it takes a long days before you can finish the download 12gb..
Why don't you try to buy a cd for that game if you want it.. I think you can buy it in amazon..

There is no difference. The limiting factor is his connection so downloading it to a VPS first would make no difference.

I can download 12gb in 4 hours maybe less

This is one of cheapest one, its 13 or 14 $. If you wish I can buy some better one, you can check on this site I showed to you. I don`t know how much can cost for me to send you this usb flash, but if you are serious about it I can check tomorrow and tell you everything precisely.

Why you do not use IDM? If you use the IDM software can download for parts, for example today you do download a 1GB  next day more 1GB casualties in a short time you have the 12GB.

Any option for anyone to download and send by postal mail is more expensive. at least for us that we live in Africa know that the service of this postal mail very expensive and are defecientes services.

sometimes if you download using IDM by parts, your file can corrupt too, so i think better just download it in 1 time.

I think you can use RDP or free wifi? You can get free wifi in the various restaurants. I usually do it. and you can get your file for free. without the need to export goods from abroad. because it will spend big money you know ?

I cant do it for you using my phone with a 4g signal,i can download 1gb in 10 minutes.
And im from the philippines.. downloaded  the game 2k16 and it took me 20 minutes.

i think the cheapest option is to download it on vps, make a torrent file (you can hire someone to do this). And then you can download it comfortably over torrent even on your slow connection without the risk of getting corrupted files.

Why don't you just pay that money to the cyber cafe owner and tell him to download that file for you. All they have to do is keep one computer on.
Price of a USB driver and shiiping fees would cost you a way lot more than my recommend way. It will take only 18 hours to download a 12 GB file with a 200kbps speed
I usually do this when I have to download such big files because my internet connection is bandwidth based

$20 for 2mb is ok you can download 12Gb in a few days like 3 or so. Internet here is expensive but i can download that file over night. Just buy a subscription to your isp what will you do when you need to update this game ? Btw what game is it ?

In VPS bro you can download the file fast as you can but it depends on VPS service if is expensive or not,
in azure you can download the file 200-500+mb speed I think this is the best option if you want to do.

if you have only 1 mb from your internet provider , how can you receive 500+ mb from vps ? lol
