They have stolen my money!!! I did manual deposit almost a week ago, 20000 WAVES They have stolen my money and don't answer on any emails or support tickets NEVER SEND YOUR COINS TO YOBIT! The fact that they don't answer your ticked in a couple of hours doesn't automatically make them scammers, it did however, pushed me away from their exchange (i've stopped using them after waiting several weeks for a support ticket to be answered).

The fact that they don't answer your ticked in a couple of hours doesn't automatically make them scammers, it did however, pushed me away from their exchange (i've stopped using them after waiting several weeks for a support ticket to be answered). some tips for a faster resolution:

A couple of hours?????? Look at dates on the screenshot!!!! you're right, i didn't look at the screenshot... Looks like you've been waiting for 10 days... That being said, if i remember correctly, last time i waited for about 21 days before my ticket was answered... Like i said: they have really shitty customer service.
