Is there any proof? Screenshots?

If you are RussianMiner please double your post in the Russian local part.

yobit is really bad at giving support... The fact that they don't answer your ticked in a couple of hours doesn't automatically make them scammers, it did however, pushed me away from their exchange (i've stopped using them after waiting several weeks for a support ticket to be answered).

some tips for a faster resolution:
  • PM their user on bitcointalk
  • make a thread on bitcointalk
  • contact them over twitter
  • ask in the trollbox
  • create a new support ticket on a weekly basis

you're right, i didn't look at the screenshot... Looks like you've been waiting for 10 days...
That being said, if i remember correctly, last time i waited for about 21 days before my ticket was answered... Like i said: they have really shitty customer service.

They used to answer in 24 hours before.
All WAVES deposits and withdrawals are manual there, only support can process them
