What is the best exchange to convert LTC(BTC) into USD PayPal with minimal comission?  ;)

Go to poloniex and sell your litecoin for bitcoin.
Then withdraw those bitcoin and exchange it here with trusted persons for PayPal funds at a 1:1 rate.
This way is probably the best and costs the least fee.

what FB said is correct.  but after exchanging ltc to btc, if you dont find any trusted member here then you can also exchange your  btc for paypal on localbitcoin. it is a very trusted exchange website. but please choose the right person there who has  a good trade history. btw, conversion from ltc to paypal directly is not really easy so dont  expect it to be done so fast.

For markets altcoin to bitcoin you can try using poloniex and bittrex they have big volume and and be trusted. And for exchange bitcoin to paypal you can try using virwox, there are not many exchanger from bitcoin to paypal with low fees.

The fast deal is not essential for me. I can wait for some time. The main purpose is to get paypal usd with the lowest comission.

For trading Litecoin to Bitcoin I would use: poloniex.com
And for trading Bitcoin to PayPal, u can trade with zazarb or with me.

There are many exchangers to convert litecoin/bitcoin are like huobi, okcoin and another else but you will be difficulty find exchanger who accept USD to paypal with minimal comission because as we know paypal is reversible service.

You might want to exchange your LTC into BTC first before you exchange it into USD with Paypal. Register in any alt coin trading site like YoBit or C-cex. Transfer your LTC into your wallet there and then use it to buy BTC. Withdraw the BTC and transfer it to your personal wallet. Look at the Currency Exchange section in here and see if someone's exchanging their Paypal into BTC. The rates are sometimes higher than what you expect, though. If your wallet site allows bank withdrawal, you might wanna do that instead.

there are plenty trustworthy exchange to convert LTC to BTC but most of them also not available for Paypal options and if you want to find alternative way you could convert your LTC to BTC and after that go to currency exchange board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 and find someone else who want to trade with you from your BTC to USDPaypal but don't be forget using escrow are necessary here

if you have this type of thinking, you will not be able to convert your ltc to btc ever online. use a trusted third person if the person you are dealing with dont have any trade history. you can find an escrow easily in this forum. there are too many. now you will say that you cant trust escrow as well because they are also a stranger ? yes they are also a stranger but they had done many big trades before which makes them trustworthy enough to act as an escrow and they wont ruin their hard earned reputation by scamming you. but please note that escrow cannot help you with ltc/btc to paypal exchange as paypal is reversible. btw, how much ltc do you want to get exchanged ?

I think you can also directly exchange those LTC to paypal usd here in forum using escrow in middle. Some members may also be interested to buy cheap LTC also but you don't get market rate, max i think you get is 90% of market value. But don't deal with newbie account even with escrow because they can chargeback after escrow release those bitcoin to him.

Better deal with trusted members and also escrow in middle.

It is new services and there are not review from people who has used this service, as we know paypal is reversible service. So you must use this service with you can lost it.

Payal being reversible makes it not suitable to be paired up with crypto.

I found some comment on this exchange... it is not so new - seems that it is older that 1 year)

I use yobit, that is first exchange I used cause of their campaign here. There I saw how trading works and there I made my first trades. Now I don`t wish to change them, they are good for me.
Easy to use, that is what was important for me. I learned how to sell, or buy coins, there I learned something about markets and I`m satisfied with them. I recommend them to everyone, especially for beginners, they can combine their signature campaign and from there to make some first coins and then to trade with that, that is how I did it.

Try to wait for people who need to buy BTC with USD. That way, you earn more than you deserve and reverse the situation. You can try Poloniex or LocalBitcoins too.

Fruitbasket was right, because I guess there's no site that will exchange from LTC to paypal directly so you need to go any trusted site that will exchange LTC-BTC and make some tried and tested member here to exchange your btc to paypal or coinbase is now accepting paypal so you can convert it from them.  But OP if your done I guess much better if you lock this thread already .Thanks!

Use an exchange or a site like changer.com to exchange it into Bitcoin and then you could use paxful.com or localbitcoins to convert these into paypal funds, just make sure to watch out for scammers as it is very easy to reverse a PayPal transaction.

If I'm not wrong. In fortunejack site, you can almost immediately convert your LTC to BTC. I did once but not for LTC. Later you can find a couple of well-trusted members on this forum, who takes some commission to convert your BTC to PayPal funds. Just remember don't make any trade with new members when you want money in PayPal.
