I found a problem on Liqui: when registering, an email with confirmation couldn't be delivered to the Tutanota email domains, but GMail worked fine for me.

on this page https://liqui.io/Interest it says that available limit for BTC is 100 BTC, however I understood that the first year this limit should be 200 BTC?

Is there some info on the web about the company liqui trade inc, which operates the exchange liqui? I want to have some info for transparency because unfortunately I have lost BTC on scams.
I think it would be good idea to have only promising altcoins that have serioius development going on listed on the exchange, I for one don't want to see some random copy paste coins on the site, it hurts the site's image and those kind of coins rarely bring good and consistent trading volume to the site.

I would like to see ETH and IOTA(once ready to be deployed on exchanges) listed on the site.

I have a suggestion: The time that it takes for automatic log out is imo too short. There should be an option in the profile settings to adjust this time. I think it's about 30 min currently.

First 24h interest period with the free 0.5 LTC is over. Everything went as it is ment. I also had 0.1 BTC on 24h interest, it worked also smoothly and I did a withdrawall of my BTC balance. At first I wasn't able to withdraw but this was because of the server updates that lasted several hours. I did the withdrawall later and it arrived. Now quite a few of us have some little free LTC, lets do some trading guys!  :)

The site is nice and clean but the charts takes time to load when using chrome, it has no issue in IE and mozilla, and please integrate a live market of USD to BTC or USD to LTC price.

I think its fine just with no usd or euro being added just crypto only is great. :)

First months it will be crypto only but I would personally like to see euro markets added on the fiat side. Also I think the devs will be quite strict on what alts to add so this won't be an exchange where almost every new alt gets added like Yobit and that's in my opinion a good thing.

I have made some trades on Liqiu and have had no problems so far. Only thing I have had some problems is that I sometimes can't edit the values (price and BTC amount) I believe this might be a problem with my browser which is Firefox. Refreshing has helped in this situation.

Interes payments work as expected, I put BTC on interest that I got from selling Litecoin and had no problems getting the daily interest payment.

Yes I think the interest is very good addition compared to other exchanges. Also the interest rate is very good, they pay 75% of all fees to cover it.

1. What are your revenue sources with which you are planing to pay daily interests ?
2. For what exactly are funds placed on interests used ?

1. They will use 75% of trading fees to cover the interest payments. First year they will pay interest expenses even if there is little or no income from trading fees (up to 200 BTC I think)

2. I'm not sure about this one but I would imagine they are just stored in the exchange account and not used on anything.

Anyways , you can't be a legitimate bussiness and answer to legitimate questions like that. It's important to know for users on what exactly will the exchange use
deposited funds (by what way will they earn interest to pay out users)

Ok, if you have no time to read ANN for several weeks and continue to ask same questions. Special for you:

1. We don't use users funds in any activity.
2. Interest accounts - our main marketing features to promote our exchange. Interest account has total limit.
3. Limit is required to guarantee APR and depends on 2 indicators: trading volume / percentage rebate from trade. Trading fee is 0.5% (0,25% from each side). Currently we rebate 75% of profit from every trade towards interest payment: 0.5% x 0.75 = 0.375%

Therefore, daily exchange volume at 45 BTC allows us to fully cover interest expenses equivalent to 250 BTC at 24% APR (0.162 BTC per day): 45 BTC x 0.375% = 0.168 BTC.

For the marketing purpose during the initial year of operation the limit cannot be less than equivalent of 200 BTC for all coins with 24% APR.

That's unsustainable. First off, you don't have almost any trading,but accept high deposits, as if you want people only to deposit funds to claim interests.
To have such high APR, you would need to have established bussiness model that would guarantee returns, and you don't have that.

For 1,5 months of beta period, the main work was aimed at improving the stability of the exchange operation, bug fixing and security testing in the real world. Critical vulnerabilities have not been identified (although many have tried). Now we feel that we are ready to start full-scale operation. What has been done on the basis of the collected feedback:

1. Of course, dark theme. The first place by your feedback, guys. You can set it in Profile.
2. Change chart - now it is more simple, but fast.
3. Decrease withdawal commission on BTC - now it is 20k satoshi.

And of course that's not all.

Most importantly - we have prepared for you, traders, new opportunities. Meet the new market - IOU tokens.

IOU market is about trading coins purchased by traders in the ICO and that so far have no own network. Until recently there has been no possibility to trade such tokens (no network – deposit/withdrawl doesn’t work). But today everything has changed :)

Liqui team has found a solution: when a trader/investor participates in ICO indirectly but through our platform (all transaction IDs are of course provided to developers’ wallets) – we can credited the balance of the relevant coin to them once the crowdsale is over!

Therefore, trading begins hours after ICO and there’s no need to wait until coin developers release the network (which often takes months). Or you can just keep the tokens on the balance (like it happens in any ICO) and once the network has been released – witdraw them. Hey guys every one should know what i see on LIQUI.

Now for me it is real. The Site is scam.
On User asked if he could get the names of DEV TEAM.

Dev told no and the User find the real names from Liqui owner.

I tried and it works by me for 3 of them. I founden 3 of them on the Page via PIC.

Maybe your connection doesn't allowed to do so? Or maybe its a bug(don't know if it is existing in liqui) but for that to be clarified better send them pm to fix the issue on your account, but same as other said liqui got slow hands on responsing on pm's and that is their bad flaws that can give surely bad feedback on their business if they don't change their attitude regarding to problem solving in their site.

I don't think you can do that since as you see they have already an interest feature where you can earn if you just simply put aome money on interest state but sadly as devs said they are full for now. So might better if you just do some trade on their site so that you can earn while you wait for them to reopen a slot in their.

The site is still not stable with a lot of those changes. Balance is not showing accurate detail in USD. Some of coin were selling only with ETH/USDT. price chart not responding.

A couple questions.  There are a lot of coins in the wallet area but it doesn't seem that all these coins can also be traded on the site, is that true?  There seems to be a very limited number we can buy and sell.  

Also, the Steem deposit had a "liqui" address and then a "Steem Memo" code.  I used it about 30 minutes ago and it's not
showing up as even pending.  Is that a typo, re: the address just reading verbatim "liqui"?  I trade about 30 coins and know about the history
of Namecoin so something like "liqui" as an actual address isn't out of possibility.  If that is not a valid address, why did you have it like that in your wallet deposit area?

I do have an open ticket and i am waiting for almost three days to get a solution with the coins i withdrew three days back.The reason i am writing this is because the advantage point in holding the coin and making a profit has being lost atleast in the short term and for the withdrawal you are charging 10 trust tokens which is crazy for any alt coin withdrawal.Support said the delay is because the site is under DDOS attack,i get that but why is there a delay in broadcasting the coins even after three days,since we are dealing with crypto currency these kind of delays are fatal as you never know how the market is going to behave the next day.

What do you mean by ending a request to add coin? is that they will just directly add some coins?
I think the way to do that is to pay them some bounty depends on the deal between the altcoin devs and liqui devs but i don't think there are coins doing that in liqui since as i see they are unto new altcoin ICO scene righ now.

I've been trying to withdraw BCAP since Friday, I'm still waiting for the email (checked spam folder already) and cancelled my withdrawal multiple times. I've already withdrew from Liqui, this is the first time is happening, is there a problem I'm not aware of? Can't get support to reply anywhere.

Maybe you have the same problem i had with my email provider. Liqui support told me to ask my mail server admin to add their server to whitelist, as they received the following error:

If the server is in a blacklist, then all emails will be blocked completely and not even moved to spam.

Anyways, try to contact Liqui freshdesk. As i think they will not reply here ...

list coins of liqui average is ETH token, even I think nearly all of their coins is ETH token. chances are they just add coins based ETH token.
but in the future, I hope liqui added some coins that already has great potential or a few coins that have already listed on poloniex, and it's a good also for added in their market

i spoked to my email provider and ask them to remove the server from their black list. The problem was resolved within one day :)
Just write to the support of your provider, quoting the message you got from Liqui. They will know what to do!

Liqui seems to be very restrictive when it comes to changing account details. I had to open a new account, because there is no way to change your email address >:(
But i don't think that they want to rob you. It's just their security policy.

I understand, the thing is that I doubt my email provider will even care about it or take months to even take a look at, it's a state/government company so you know how that goes, could take 2-3 months easily to get any sort of helpful reply. They will also have its reasons to blacklisting which I don't want to mess with and I simply can't dispute. Also I forgot to mention this was not my first withdrawal so this must be something recent. The support has been ok so far and replies pretty quickly but without much help so far.

I don't really think they are out to get my money or anything, I didn't want to imply that, but in theory it's what could happen if you lose permanent access to your email or your email provider blocks access. I didn't know my email was my private key!  ;D

My email worked for months (since December) and stoped working about 2 weeks ago. So at this time Liqui's email server was added to the black list. Most email provider are using black lists from the same sources. So many users of Liqui should have this problem right now  ??? 

I hope you get some help from your provider. Just one more hint for you: When i was talking to Liqui's freshdesk, they offered to me to change my email address if i can proove that i am the owner of my address by sending an email to Liqui. I did this twice, but was always told that they didn't receive it  :-[.

I totally agreed that email is not a private key, but only a 2-FA. I don't understand why they are not using Google Auth for withdrawing as an alternative. They only use it for login and for nothing else ...

Could you add Siacoin to your exchange.  Many Eth miners dual mine Sia and there is only Poloniex that has it.  Several states in the U.S. can't trade on Poloniex.  Yunbi as well but they seem to cater to chinese investors as far as credentials are concerned.

I saw your fees for withdrawal and got a shock! Why such predatory fees for withdrawal? For example:
Iconomy - 1
Wings - 5
Edgeless - 5
Trust - 10
TaaS - 1
Humaniq - 10

But this is about the majority of 2-5 dollars. But almost all tokens on other Exchanges have withdrawal fee from 0,001 to 0,01
Have a conscience, it takes about 30 cents to take gas fee for ethereum-based tokens!

Sorry to disturb you on this thread, Ive just had such much trouble contacting you through ticket, telegram and direct pm about a week ago that I thought this might be my best chance to garner your attention ;)

I have a ticket thats been going on 9 days at this point, no touches. I made a mistake and sent ETH to the wrong address: my ADX ERC token address; this is clearly my fault, but a response by your team would do a lot to make your customer feel better. you can look at the ticket, its number 4175

I basically want to know, will you keep the 1.5 ETH because I made a mistake, or are you going to return the eth to me, either via crediting the account balance, or sending a refund transaction (I can provide an address as I have stated in the ticket)? I can see the eth still sitting at the address I sent it to; it hasnt been forwarded to the hotwallet yet. would be greatly appreciated if a support can pop into the wallet (because we know you have the keys to your ETH wallets, right?) and manually move it. a few keystrokes would save me hundreds of dollars; surely you would do that for a customer and a member of the community ;)

Congrats dude! Im not going to lie, I didnt have high hopes for you LOL. Im still being optimistic they will get to me, but empirically, this usually doesnt end up like that, for me at least. Ive been part of a really tiny support department before; if you need an admin to make an account change, it takes forever sometimes if they get swamped in requests. you had a legitimate issue however, Im kind of at the mercy of their discretion with my situation. Anywho, bravo man, 100 ETH is serious as a heart attack. And good job liqui, you guys are alive in there, LOL.

they are running with poloniex. don't use this exchange. they don't make withdraw.

well the sites is growing , but you guys really need to optimize your services and supports as well.

I also made a buy order on HMQ hoping to get a cheap coin then left home. When i came back and open liqui site my buy orders gone. Did not have any HMQ coins even my BTC is gone. This is really frustrating. Reloaded still nothing.

I don't have words to describe how frustrating this exchange is. I can't withdraw anything from Liqui as I NEVER receive an email to confirm my withdrawal. I contacted the support, written a ticket 5 days ago, and no response. The moderator on troll chat just keeps saying, your ticket will be responded. Now I read that some people are waiting more than 30 days and still no response. How unprofessional is that?

I messaged them on Twitter, but nothing. They don't even release a statement and apologize due to withdrawal issues. Therefore, NEVER JOIN LIQUI.

Quick update. I notified the moderator on the Liqui trolbox about 10 days ago about my problem and he told me that he will tell the support about my case. Two days ago I said to him on the troll chat that my problem is still no solved and I hadn't received a response and in the end he decided to ban me from the chat.

It's been 22 days and still no response.

Quick update, after 23 days, I got the response from Liqui and they solved my problem. Hopefully, they'll improve their response time :)

36 days since my ticket (#10428) was created...  17 days since they said they would look into it...  Nothing but a simple delayed deposit that was never rerouted from my deposit address to their wallet and into my account.

Honestly just posting hoping that this will get someone's attention.  I don't think I've ever dealt with a less responsive team in my life.

I reported the issue a couple hours after it was clear that something was wrong with the contract because usually it bounces straight into their wallet and into my account from the deposit address.  When it got stuck I knew it would probably be something that had to be manually fixed.  I was regularly updating the ticket with any new information I could gather and asking for help all along the way.

Their first response 17 days ago was when I tweeted at them and they said they would look at it.  I kept asking for updates until finally today I tweeted again, message the rep here, and made this post... good news is just a few moments ago they fixed it!

I try to be polite and give people the benefit of the doubt... but it seems a bit too coincidental that after a month of nothing as soon as I hop on here and post they manage to fix it.  I never thought they were crooks, but it does seem like they take some prodding and poking to get their help.

Tread with caution as always it seems is the lesson.

Terrible customer service!  Long ticket wait times.  Unacceptable withdraw fees (btc).  But with all that a decent exchange.  The problems hopefully are due to shear volume and under staffed ( ill prepared ) and unproffessional trying to create an exchange.  It is what it is in my experience with them.  Criminal?  Not yet!
Trust?  You won't find many exchanges you can to be fair.  Use them for their trading pairs - do your business and get out.  That's my opinion.

I would strongly advise against using Liqui until they fix how they operate. I have got my withdrawal request stuck on 'Processing' for over a week now, and there's no response from their support team. There are a ton of other people facing this same issue.

Yes, already we are seeing some issues with the website and many people are complaining about the withdrawal and why withdrawals are talking too long in Liqui exchanges, Liqui is one of the good exchanges where they pay on time but now people are facing a lot of problems with this Liqui exchange.

Do you list ERC 20 tokens on your exchange? If yes, then please let me know the steps to do that.

So bad to see this things up and wondering why people keep trading at this site since as I know this site is long time scam, so many complains has been posted and to many scam accusation has been placed. Maybe people should learn to avoid this site and start moving on better exchange.
