I understand that you might be new to this kind of stuff. It is ok, if you never offered your skills or seek job before. But you have to know couple things:

1. If you are content creator, illustrator, designer - you have to had portfolio with samples of your previous works. Drawings, sites you creates, templates etc.
2. The price in this thread title (0.00337096 BTC) is really confusing. What exactly you offer for it? Single image or full creation of a site?

All in all, you need to me more precise and concrete with your offers.

Increased price of animated banners, from BTC 0,0015 ($ 1) to BTC 0.00337096 ($ 2,18).
Cause: I do a good work, and animated banners are not very easy to do. Is a work that requires time and patience. Normal banners continues valuing BTC 0,0008 ($ 0,50).

I can do it for free with watermark, and if you like I offer the original for BTC 0.00337096 ($ 2,18). Do you agree with this value?

Our feedback about mesquito services: (2 static banners)

- He do not keep a fluid comunication. Some days do not response to PMs and other send many, even when he said that he had full time for our project (negative)
- Banners quality: regular-low, far from the quality he shows in his portfolio (negative)
- Price: Cheap (positive)
- He started offering his services as cartoonist bus was unable to sent us a single sample of quality (negative)
- Offered his servides as programmer when we never mentioned nothing about it before (suspicious)
- Claimed that he had not received the payment when the txid was publicy posted and had 40 confirmations. (Check txid here. (https://blockchain.info/tx/b782b05645c39f2b7b19b0b89418b946a6499a81609dd3cafff4287b543b1937))(very negative)
- Requested a trust review from us with this message "Oh, other thing: I've wrote a trust review in your profile, can you do the same?" (extremely negative)

Overall: 1,5/10

- My highest delay to reply was 1 day, not "some days"
- Banners quality depends on GIF settings and your point-of-view
- Price is low
- I'm not good in drawing mans from front view, I've just offered what I can do and asked what you want
- I've not offered services as programmer, but as design. I don't need access to FTP or whatever for edit/send CSS and suggestions
- In my ShareFaucet the 2 transactions remains as Pending
- I don't know the etiquete and politics here about trust reviews

Why "portfolio" between quotes? If is best or not, it depends on point-of-view of users.

I do not usually reapond to threads like this, but I have to comment.  There are many people that come on here and ask how to make Bitcoins or how to make money with Bitcoins.  Just like this guy, you can do this.  It is no different than FIAT, if you have a service or you have a skill, then charge for it.
