it literally says

Many people have posted experiences such as but not limited to:

-shipped late
-broken equipment
-lack of communication
-collusion with manufacturers......mining instead of shipping out goods on promised dates.....

These guys have been delaying shipments and scamming people for a long long time.  - AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE

To be clear, some products are eventually delivered but Simons business practises are questionable at best.

Lol omg lord have mercy.  I just opened the site and imidiately saw the picture of the miner and knew instantly it was fake and a scam. That picture is terrible quality and a joke. Its not even a picture of a miner its just one of those general mining looking images. Just a copy paste.

I took a look and you are right. Its a copy paste. Really *facepalm* they have no pride in their scam. I guess they left the artist part out of scam artist. I'm always weary of these sites. Even if the legit you still lose money the longer you wait for the miner to get to you. What if customs decide to take their time ? What if it is legit but the miner stops working after a couple of months ? Let's say they so legit they replace it for free, that sounds great but by then it will be so slow to mine much. Then you left with a cool heater at least.

It is easy to see it is a scam. It is cookie cut. Copy and paste almost of every other scam like it. They all look very similar and this one doesn't try hard to look legit. Scam is obvious

I have bought them a Baikal Mini some weeks ago. Bad election, they have send me the old version (only X11)  with no original cable for updating and now that I'm having a lot of problems for updating (impossible for my pc to detect the hardware, using an original cable from baikal team too)  they are giving me 0 support. The only support I'm receiving is from Baikal team. My advice, buy directly from the manufacturer and avoid resellers, at least this...
OTOH, someone had a similar problem with his Baikal miner and knows how to solve??

I have bought some Hardware on 21. October 2016. To date (15. November), no delivery and no response to emails.

I paid my order with PayPal.
so i habe opend a Fraud ticket.
Paypal says:
They will check it closely. And if more than just my case, Asicminermarket will have serious consequences.
Among other things, Paypal will block Asicminermarket, which will cause Asicminermarket considerable difficulties in the EU area.

In addition, I get my money back when Asciminermarket can not clearly prove the delivery.

Hello, I bought 5 days ago 07 / jan / 17 an antminer s9, but I have not received any response from asicminermarket.com I wrote on the page contact us on 10 / jan / 17 and to the mail sales@asicminermarket.com on 11 / Jan / 17 and I do not get any answer. 5 days without any contact, does that seem normal?

Did anyone ordered Baikal Cube miner from this web site, I ordered 3 PCS on 9th April, but did not get any feedback, the only email I got was when I payed (using paypal) saying that my order # is under processing, and in the web site when I log into my account and check my orders it is always under processing, I've sent several mails asking for an update but no feedback at all, same thing when using the contact us from there web site, no body is replying to my requests.

i didnt have to talk to anyone or ask anything. simple buisness.
you should get your customs paperwork ready to have a quick clearance.

i guess i would have to talk to the asics manufacture in that case.
most of them only give a very short warranty anyway so in case of Problems i would Need to fix it myself
if not possible then i hope it will at least roi.
many People with big Budget are fighting in the asic market. ist hard to grab any of them for a normal price

I have a lot of unanswered mails sent to this guy of asicminermarket (a real scammer). Baikal were the only ones who tried to help me us much as possible (they give me a update cable for only the shipment cost trying to test if it was related with that and helped me to made a lot of test in skype). As you know, in this world of mining usually is the vendor who garantees the product. Shit happens. But well, I'm a quite good shitminer and from november to now I have been able to ROI it x5, in BTC of course.
Really, try to buy directly to manufacturers always. It was a learned lesson.

many people are constantly being scammed by them. the most recent one was with baikal sending them like 300 units of x10 miner........they did not ship to customers until after mining for a long long time (left customers waiting far too long)

Asicminermarket is not a scam. He has been cooperating with them for over 3 years and there were no problems.Orders always arrive.

I purchased a Baikal Miner Giant-B a week ago from them. Their website has been down for the entire day and now i'm concerned. Any insight? Are they just temporarily down and how long are they usually down for?

I ordered there my Baikal Giant B. I'm a first time customer there, so a hope all goes well.  They promised me shipping one of these days.  9999,- euros -that I payed for the Giant B- is a lot of money for me.

I'm pleased with them my order was executed for 3 days !

Everything OK, I've got my miner in excellent condition.

Asicminermarket  is NOT a scam site. I ordered  5 miners S9 and had a very positive experience , paid with lightcoin got my miners with tracking  through   DHL. follow directions  on the site.!
 Do not play with these Peoples livelihood  or pretend you a  expert at spotting  scam sites on the internet !

How i was SCAMMED by the AsicMinermarket.com

I placed an order on that site Order #5672 and after making the payment using bitcoin 0.12316524 btc (1000 usd) Txid: c3a9008905e78cb480a648f22c8ba2950c62c2187ad6065d1b77710be535e876 my order show up as Canceled.I wrote to the support but i havent received any response.
How that happened? Simplly when you make a bitcoin payment the amount of that order changes after you made the pay and say that never received initially payment and cancel the order as unpaied but the blockchain cannot be lied there appears all the money received and send.
For me that site is a SCAM have taken my money and never responded after and also no send it the miner that i ordered as a test purchased.
