3.c-cex

And that ia my top 3 really but if you want to trade in yobit well take extra precaution since there are so many bad issue and impression reGArding to that exchange and if you got problem with the site well you gotta  start to cry before they respond :)

We cannot say "best one" because they are all very vulnerable on hacks, so be smart and listen quietly what is going on, but dont panic on every little fud out there.
So far few exchanges have proven that thay can be "trusted"..I have majority of my portfolio on exchanges..I don't trust them with all my hart, i just love money :)

Which is the best altcoin exchange

It depends on the coins you want trade. I would recommend you check the big exhange sites like yobit and have a look at the average daily volume traded in your desired alt coin. Try to stay on the active exchanges, it makes trading easier and prices are fairer.

for me the list goes like this:
1) bittrex : because i like their interface and i am used to it.
2) c-cex : because of trading btc/usd on top of altcoinsand withdrawal to many online wallets (payment processors)
3) btc-e : the same reason as c-cex
4) cryptopia : because of the ability to make trades with other altcoins/altcoins pair too like someAltCoin/litecoin trade.

Yes polo is by far the best and so far the safest imo. but again, don't store coins on any exchange. look at cryptsy and btfx! :(

For me it is Yobit of coarse !! There can be no other !! It's even in my signature ^^
Well besides them I do like coinexchange and novaexchange.
I think alcurex has potential but right now they simply do not have enough coins. There are many coins I have no idea why they do not have. I have used bittrex and it was just fine no problems at all. I use them as secondary if I find a better price there. I have tried bittler too. ( I think thats the name) I can't remmeber so I guess they were't that great.

I do not know his reasons but my reasons for using cryptopia would be for currencies I can't find elsewhere. Also if the price is good there. I don't know too much about them that is just what I believe I would use them for.

Though I see in the services section many many new exchanges. It is good.

I use many. My favourite ones that I use cexx Yobit bittler alcurex cryptopia bittrex.
I have had good expierence there. Fast payout and deposits. Sometime not fast enough if you find nice trade ^^That is how it must be.
There are 3 new ones I forget about their name. So many coming out lately and that is good. Some in beta want a tester. So maybe you can test.

are you serious about this? or are you getting paid to say this?

because from my experience and also what i have seen it is not the best website at all, and it is not even good in many situations.

for example the support is non-existant
their wallets are all dead with no one fixing them, if you don't believe me go to your wallet page and check them out. only bitcoin and a couple of other bigger coins have working wallet!

C-cex, kraken, poloniex, bittrex are all good exchanges, but to get the highest profit from trading, you need to do some arbitrage trading.

Buy your coins from any exchange with the lowest price, sell on another exchange with the highest price though they might not be popular.

Don't keep your profit too long in an exchange.

I don't trust yobit even with 1 satoshi. They are by far the most stinky exchange on the market.
Poloniex and c-cex are better alternatives, although i do trade and btc38 and they got a lot of volume on altcoins.

I am hearing from a longer period that c-cex is a better exchange and with this condition yesterday I was going to sign up for the exchange. the site was working better and when i complete the sign up form and submit then the site gone down. I checked once more and the same issue occurred again so I then decided to stay away from it.

In my eyes C-cex is one of the best exchange platforms there is right now so I think that I vote for them.
They are trusted and having good conditions too, its an easy website with a nice layout that makes it good for experts but also for starters.

Its also that they have a large of variety of coins these days so that is also nice.

The point is that most of the "trusted" exchanges like Polo, Bittrex or maybe Yobit don't have their source code publicly released. So..

The second one is Bittrex and the last my choice is Yobit, as far as i know Yobit sometime have problem with withdrawal, but we are trader look for profit. it is nice if trade with small amount on Yobit and get profit because on there pump and dump have far spread. But untill now i am not get any problem about withdrawal in Yobit

in the past i am trying to mine with their pool but its not good for me, because there is too many people mining in the same time with same coins and i only have small hashrate. but sometimes i check my account too in there because i have several altcoins on there which don't list in any other market.

but for daily trading, i still choosing poloniex because polo have high volume and many altcoins to choose from small price until high price, and sometimes i've go to bittrex and yobit.

Poloniex..  good volume, good support and the trolls are kept in check by a couple mods at a time.

By far the absolute worst is YoBit.  I'm working with another person who has a list and I will get that posted here soon but from what he's given me so far YoBit has absolutely abysmal wallet support.

Quick look at the yobit wallets:

Working:  311
In Maintenance:  373
Withdraw ok but Blocked Deposits:  46

Total coins:  730

Of those blocked deposits are some really great arbitrage opportunities.  one good example is CUBE coin...  can be had for 1 sat on cryptopia and, if the wallet was taking deposits, sold for well over 5k sats.

Yobit should have a slogan.. your money checks in.. it never checks out

same with cryptopia. Poloniex and bittrex got a value and reputation because of only listing good coins.

Hi,
I advise you never ever trade with Bittrex.
I have btc in it and I wanted to withdraw them. My Bittrex account shows me that I can withdraw max. 50,000 $ daily as I have an enhanced account. But I can't though I need them urgently. I claimed. The support didn't read my claim and sent me the rules. I answered that I want to withdraw as the rules allow me it. Then they wrote me that I must have an activated 2 Factor authentification, which is written nowhere is the website. I hate Bittrex.

I am all for Poloniex. I like UI: timeline chart is handy, thorough listing of coins and it is easier to read and quite simple trading.
Support is responsive and reacts in a day. And there are no scam coins. I wished fees were lower -,-
Trollbox is very active and mostly a waste of time >_<

I understand your point but You forgot to mention that You never took time to Check out your Bittrex Trading account. The two Factor Authentication You're talking about is an extra layer of security which in most cases prevent Unauthorized movement of  funds. I've been using Bittrex for Over 6 Months now  and I have not had any issue. Quality Exchange Platform plus a Solid team.

Yeah the assholes enforce a rule like that without telling in advance so people are now stuck there.

I use Poloniex, Bittrex and couple exchange like Yobit, Kraken, c-cex, liqui and cryptopia but mostly using Poloniex and Bittrex, I so comfortable use Poloniex the volume trading at Poloniex high and just keep your mind don't put all your money in one exchange better to seperated and if you want to take a rest from trading for a while better to withdrawal to your personal wallet to keep your fund safe.

Which is the best altcoin exchange

Actually to choose the exchange which is best to use is depend upon the requirement of the user or trader .
If you are newbie then I will prefer to use yobit.net because yobit.net is that exchange which is easy to understand and unlimited number of altcoins for trading ( even when some altcoins got less active dead ) .
But best exchange to understand the trading .
But if you want to go for the big trading and big security go for poloniex , bitrex etc .
Since about all the exchanges that I have mentioned are full.of security but still we should remain careful about all the active ury with you account .

anyway choose any exchange you want but never store your balance to exchange for long time. always keep as mush as you need for trading.

because exactly what you said means they are bad. when something is a shitcoins, that means it is already a bad idea to even go near it. these coins are dying and have no logical movement. and as a result when a newbie tries to trade these he will get even more confused and will give up trading alltogether.

You know, yobit has not any good layout and friendly interface. To be honest i was quite confused when i see yobit exchanges, it's so full of dead coins.
The biggest problem in yobit is not about their dead coins, but their SUPPORT. You should be know how many people got their problems and post their problem on here (They even thought they might be get scammed) and their supports are worst than another exchange sites.

that is correct but also they can cost you a lot of money too, from the dumps!

let me give you an example.
a shitcoin worth 100 satoshi can get pumped and go to 200 satoshi and give you 100% profit but also at the same time it can go down to 1 satoshi and cost you -100% (-99% to be exact).

and this is what happens, not just a possibility. you can check their history if you don't believe it. check at least 20 of them and see this happening for every single one of them without an exception.

The best exchanges are the most liquid. So it depends on what you are trading.

For some coins Poloniex is the most liquid, for others Bittrex. Check on coinmarket cap for your coin, and then trade using the most liquid exchange for that coin.

If you compared between poloniex and yobit, you will understand which exchange site is better. Poloniex only listed some good altcoins, but yobit listed almost all of dead and shit coins (It will make people confuse). In yobit also suspected with fake pump and dump, you can see on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1780445.0
AFAIK, yobit never has lottery and their dice is not provably fair.

After what happened to bitfinex better to dont put all your money in one exchanger only .divided it to many as you can and use it many exchanger not the same coin listed it is good for you to learn more in many coin.

I do agreed with you,  As much as possible we must scattered our bitcoin in different exchange sites. However, the best exchange site platform for me was Bittrex, c-cex, and Poloniex, those trading platform are proven and tested they build big community in bitcoin world and had no any controversies that being involve before.

I disagree. that doesn't really increase your safety, it just complicates things and they can all get allegedly hacked (or run away with your money at the same time).
you shouldn't be keeping anything on any exchange in the first place. then again it is impossible to not keep anything in an exchange!

when it comes to trading and using these current types of exchanges and how they work, things are always going to be very tricky. and as long as these services are centralized like this without any valid insurance to their users, we are all taking risks using them even if it is for a couple of seconds.

Actually you should only keep altcoins in exchanges if you are trading them or at least you are only holding few of them and have no plans of keeping them in such a long time.

there is no "should" and if there is, you shouldn't keep anything at all on exchanges.
have you forgotten what happened with cryptsy?

I used to have bitcoin and altcoins there, not much in total but about 0.3BTC bitcoin and a couple of hundred thousands Nyan coin there. and when they went down everything went poof in the air. they kept promising to open up withdrawals of some coins and they never did and all my money were lost.

It is more better if you are not going to stock your bitcoin in the exchanger where you do trading and sell your Altcoins, because just like what you were trying to say, it is better to stay in the safe side and transfer it instantly in your bitcoin wallet, for you to be sure that it will not lost.

And also, try to use correctly the different punctuations, for your post not that hard to read can be easily understand what you are trying to say. :)

so far of course for what I used now was bittrex, poloniex, and yobit though I know many of you hate yobit in terms of accepting many coins in their trading platform, they don't care what the community would say to them because it is only a business. And the rest trading platform had established their own a big community in this industry.

There are a lot of exchange that are already trusted by the community like, poloniex, bittrex and many more.

My best picks for altcoins are:

Poloniex and Cryptopia

Poloniex has less withdrawal fee compared to other exchanger out there plus its very easy use and Cryptopia well i just use it cause this exchanger has some other altcoins that poloniex doesn't have. Well, there are plenty of exchangers out there for you to chose it all depends on you to what's best fall for the criteria you are looking for.

Poloniex is the best due to the high volume trading there but they hardly list any new coins so the selection isn't all that great.  Bittrex is my number 2 exchange.

Volume is more important than the selection of coins. I find Bittrex frustrating, because you can set a sell order, or buy order and it will literally take days to get filled because hardly anyone trades there.

I recently built a list of the best altcoin exchanges https://www.bestbitcoinexchange.io/ which includes the most trustworthy places to trade bitcoin and cryptocurrency. In my opinion, these are the best platforms for serious altcoin traders:

1. Poloniex - solid community reputation, great volumes, excellent interface, good compliance standards, margin trading on major altcoins, fully refunded users after small theft in 2013.
2. Bittrex - good user trust, located in Vegas USA, nice daily volume, trading interface is good, not as many cryptocurrencies listed though.
3. Yobit - a huge range of coins to trade, good for pump & dumpers, professional trading interface, but too many deadcoins can make things confusing.
4. Bitsquare - decentralized & p2p - I can only repeat how amazing it would be if all exchanges were decentralized.
5. Hitbtc - Copenhagen-based, plenty of users, fees remain low.
6. Changelly - Czech cryptocurrency exchange with serious admins, user following is growing but some way to go still.
7. Kraken - not yet there, but slowly becoming a full-on cryptocurrency exchange. Recent listing of Tether (USDT) make it their 10th alcoin available to trade. Excellent community trust for buying/selling BTC.
8. Shapeshift - different from traditional altcoin exchanges, no account needed to swap coins, based in Switzerland, not a custodial platform so less risk

Quote
though I know many of you hate yobit in terms of accepting many coins in their trading platform

From what I have seen this feature has actually contributed to their recent growth. Now that Cryptsy is gone, Yobit are the only proactive exchange accepting all new interesting coins.

To estimate which altcoin exchange is the best then we should see how old and how reliable has been that exchange.

For me poloniex is one of the best altcoin exchange, it is sometimes slower but it's one of the most trusted and best altcoin exchange.

I heard of this one exchange yesterday called Bter.
Anybody have any experience using them?
They have btc price on there $1219 per coin which is way over the real current price it is at now. ::)
So they are definitely not a site to put any bitcoin into and expect to get anything back?

That's a good list.

One thing people should look at is trading fees - if you trade a lot, high fees can hurt you.

Also, as a veteran who has lost money when two exchanges got closed through fraud (Mintpal and Cryptsy), beware when they increase the withdrawal fees. That's usually a sign that something is wrong and they are trying to deter people from withdrawing coins.

When it comes to alt coin I consider yobit as one of the best has it is listing almost all coins but when it comes to day trading I consider other exchange. And that is with poloniex which is very popular and has a lot of traders and this is making it more reputable for being trusted by a solid support from the community.

BITTREX is the best for me, good variety of coins and volume.

Poloniex, there are no coins I want to buy because they're all pumped, but volume is high so liquidity is good.
Cryptopia, it's all fake volume, a shame because it lists nearly all new coins, zero liquidity.
Yobit, is pump and dump coins, and permanent frozen wallets, if you follow the trends in the chatbox you can make some quite profit. Volume is low for worthy coins.
CCEX, some good coins but volume is so low.

Which is the best altcoin exchange

Definitely Poloniex.

Runner ups would be Bittrex.

The rest of them are mostly places for shitcoin devs to monetize their cloned coins. For example, Yobit, or Novaexchange. Just use Poloniex or bittrex, they've got most of the coins anyways on their exchange listed.

Actually there's a couple of exchange platform to deal with safety, but focus some special feature, then Bittrex, Poloniex could be the best choice, there no doubt about that. Check how fast it serves you, activity, security other essential information makes you confident to use their service.

I recently built a list of the best altcoin exchanges https://www.bestbitcoinexchange.io/ which includes the most trustworthy places to trade bitcoin and cryptocurrency. In my opinion, these are the best platforms for serious altcoin traders:

+1 i've bookmarked this site :) I was looking for a few places to trade altcoins like Ethereum. This list helped, especially with Poloniex issues recently I've been looking for alternatives. Thanks.

Poloniex and Bittrex are the most popular for the most common altcoins we have around
but i also like to use yobit for its simplicity, though most users say yobit has a lot of shitcoins and another interesting exchange is liqui for those dark horse alts with a shot of becoming million dollar coins

Anyway I'm sick of them and moved to Bittrex as my main now.

liqui seem to have good volume for those tokens so it now depend to the tokens you hold. newer tokens like Taas are already there on liqui, they usually do IOU which always makes them the first on most of the tokens being on the ICO. this exchange also offers best price for some tokens.

I have 3 options of Exchange
1. BTC-e
2. Poloniex
3. bittrex
If you want to play long I chose BTC-e site, but if you want to play fast I choose poloniex or bittrex.

I use poloniex and bittrex as a frequently used altcoin exchange. Both places have easy access and also a user friendly website. Simple indeed but this can make us interested long in the exchange. Currently the polo is having a bit of trouble but I still believe in the exchange because I have registered more than one year and always get the best service. I recommend it all Because I am sure you will be satisfied. Tell me when you are not satisfied with the exchange service :).

Yobit!

There is no support, and constantly people on the troll box seeking support to old tickets.

I would say that makes it the worst. If you can not trust it to answer support questions, some of which will be about lost coins, or be costing the person money, then what have you got but a sham exchange.

Nova is okay in my experience, and may takeover from Yobit, as I sense it is upping its game.

@ incognito mode ,even i have the same opinion about yobit, i liked Polo for a while and stopped using them when there was a delay in the coins we deposit and withdraw,no one wants to wait for a couple of days to get hold of their coins,so the main site i am trading now is bittrex.

As we see there are more orders of buying and selling on polo while bittrex have less order as compared to polo so i think poloniex is best option and people loose their by sending their coins to wrong address.

I quit trading and exchanging bitcoins for altcoins on yobit few months ago, and I moved on poloniex. They are faster for sure, a bit better experience for me is there then on yobit, but I`m reading that they also have some problems, I see on their site that they stopped withdrawals and deposits for some coins, trollbox is temporarily off and that is maybe a good thing, I don`t know, I don`t chat there.
I store some altcoins on their site, and its a bit concerning for me when site have any problems, maybe I should think about moving further and to change poloniex for bittrex, looks they have better feedback then other online exchange sites.

Currently the best one is Bittrex in my own opinion, I agree with you here. Honestly I got scared of the rumors going around about Poloniex so I just hold on to the coins I have there and currently using Bittrex. So far it is smooth sailing, don't have any problems with it especially withdrawing my Ethereum coins.

For me, I think the best exchange is ShapeShift. This is because you do not need to create or register an account there like the others. In other words, you do not have to give them your personal data before you can make your exchanges. Additionally, the confirmation of their transaction is quickly processed and your coins are immediately transferred to the wallet you are using and will not be stuck in the exchange, which often occurs in well-known large trading platforms. Furthermore, most wallets already have built-in ShapeShift integrated on them, e.g., Exodus, Jaxx, KeepKey, BitGo, etc. With that, you can say that they have some advantage over other exchanges.

By the way, they also support many coins, including BAT, WAVES, BCC, DCR, DOGE, LTC, ETH, ETC, CVC, DASH, DGB, GNT, GNO, XMR, XRP, OMG, SIA, etc., making it good to use for altcoin traders.

I think that's too much for a small time trader like me I won't be able to avail that amount just for the fees. I would instead invest that amount for adding another coin to my portfolio since we are now in the red days and it's one of the advantage that I can do right now. Well I guess I have to experience all of the exchange and it's up to me on where I'm going to be satisfied with my trading experience with their fees.

Bittrex has really been the most valued exchange so far in the trading community. They have good level of support, very easy to use interface and never experience lag. No one is perfect and they also have few lapses most especially with communication, with the recent development of pausing some accounts without an email sent to them, which can be scary for users.

However, it still remains the best and anyone who wants to use them will just have to abide by their rules since they have to abide by US regulation rules as well.

Decentralized & open sourced one's.

For me, the best alternative coin for altcoin exchange is from Ethereum to Bitcoin. Why?  Because Ethereum and Bitcoin has the highest exchange rate than any altcoin, I guess. When you have tokens, you have ro convert it to Ethereum for you to convert it to Bitcoin. There are charges in every conversion so just be aware. Choose Eth to Bitcoin exchanger, it is the best.

In my opinion, the AMB ( Ambrosus Food Blockchain). Here are my personal reasons

  1) The Project - it is ambitious, aims to solve a worldwide relevant problem and is backed by the U.N itself
  2) The Team includes big household names from the cryptoworld and food industry ( Oliver Bussmann, Vlad Trifa, Stefan Meyer etc.)
  3) The Coin- is already faring very well on the exchanges. You can see its' progress ( shows to be a real grower) on

For me, I have three best altcoin exchanges that I still use up to this day. It's bittrex, novaexchange and cryptopia. These are the top three that always active on pumping coins on the market. They are very popular and very easy to use.

As of now there are many exchanges still famous than binance bro, I like Polenix, etherdelta, Bitrex and livecoin are the best sites so far my knowledge and people largely invested in trading in these sites only.

I have tried in livecoin only and it is simple to open the trade in the site, if the value you mentioned in under your expectation you can finish your trade in some minutes or in some hours.

Well in a group where I'm reading daily signals they mostly talk about binance but for me bittrex and poloniex are still a better choice for me. I've used yobit before and I'd dealt with no problems to me, so sometimes to these three exchanges now I'm circulating. In wherever I have my mood of doing my trades, I'm going there since not all of them holds our preferred altcoins. Some do have it and some of them, they don't have it.

You completely missed topic. It is not which coin is best, it is which exchange is the best.

Poliniex is just fine for me, I don't like bittrex anymore because they are asking for personal informations and for unverified account withdrawal limit is too low. I've never tried binance, is it good exchange?

It's due to KYC and they had to do it so they can monitor people that are using their service. But I don't use them anymore, I don't like that thing too. I'm not comfortable of sending my information to an exchange.

I know many are still trusting and using them because they love on how they give satisfaction for their service but for me, that's the only thing on what I don't like.

I've never tried binance, is it good exchange?
Never tried it too since I'm sticking with some exchanges but with reviews throughout the forum, many are using them. Also try to read these reviews https://www.cryptocompare.com/exchanges/binance/reviews

Hello,

With all my respect to everybody's opinion, issues with Bittrex have explosed in number in recent weeks. Several users of this chat have provided tons of proofs/details/evidence on how their funds were just ''no longer available'' for them. Amounts ranging from a couple of K to millions of $.

Poloniex has a very long history of issues as well.

AS of Nov. 2017, I cannot honestly understand why old/Hero members are suggesting to use Bittrex....

Regards

Binance is step by step becoming the best one from my point of view (lots of altcoins, noob friendly, good spirit, bounties everywhere, community votes)
Recently, there is also COSS (they project to pay the token holders with half of the fees)

Have in mind that these are decentralized exchanges, they are still new technologies, but i prefer that to centralized ones like Bittrex or Poloniex...

If you register on Binance, please use my referal link it would be awesome :) https://www.binance.com/?ref=10798111

What exchange do you suggest? I keep reading in this thread that Bittrex is the best.

Your suggestions are much appreciated :)

I could say it's poloniex and bittrex a few months back but now they are all going worst.  Only Cryptopia and Coinexchange are the best and very reliable right now. Don't blame me if those first two exchnages disabled or banned your account without notice so think twice.

Polo is a best exchange although they don't have that much coins to represent to I think that is nice since it few coins means you'll never have to pick many just few is good. Yobit.net is a good site too and bittrex but I doubt right now on bittrex aince of the upgrade and many accusations they are facing this time.

Yes you can just withdraw your money once you verify your account and you have no choice but to follow their rules.

I would suggest you to try hitbtc, no verification, low fees and fast transaction.
I've been using it since then and now since the bittrex is regulating that rules I shifted for good in hitbtc. It's also have a good interface and have a fast support.

Hi,

Just had a look at Binance website which is mentioned as an interesting exchange and I am not able to find any license info they are refering to in the terms "Please refer to the company and license information at the bottom of the website of Binance for the information regarding the operator of Binance."

Does someone know under which country they are registered and regulated?

Website looks very pro but it is a bit scarry to not have this basic info easily available

Thanks

In general many people use etherdelta although sometimes often down.
In addition there is exchange live.coin, easy to use interface, native languange support and competitif rates.
I think also like that, because etherdelta is the first market for new coins after ico which uses eth platform.
so there's nothing wrong if calling etherdelta as one of the best markets

i would like to recommend mercatox and crytopia , but for me mercatox is the best, why? because you can lower the withdrawal fee, and  choose the fee you want to pay on bitcoin. crytopia has high fee but, the exchange is trustworthy i don't have any problem with withdrawal.

Bittrex does have a lot of users and that is making them slow in action from the tickets and this will be the fate of upcoming exchanges that are starting to become popular. They are all destined to be in that situation if they won't take action early. Binance looks good and as well as kucoin, did some trade with kucoin but I'm more comfortable with binance. Anyone who has funds on EtherDelta it is not safe anymore and if I were you I'll pull out my coins there and transfer it to a better one.

Bittrex is a good one, with lots of verification before logging in and depositting/withdrawing coins. I have not used poleniox, but have been hearing good from them. Currently I use hitbtc, which is easier and has lots of altcoins in their exchange, and another one is binance, cause of their app and easy use.
But, never you put all your money into exchange sites.

polo and bittrex are both good in addition to hitbtc  as they are the most used and trusted ever since crypto trading had became popular to the public. binance on the other hand seems strict but also a good one based on their feedbacks and users review. however they are limiting their registrants becaused ive heard their now closing their sign ups for new comers but there were still someone that sells an binance account in order for them to earn a profit out of it.

Evaluation of a functional exchange must base on how you exchange cryptos. However, according to my survey, people are very appreciative of Binance, the world's no. 1 crypto trading platform at the moment. There are other reputable exchanges such as HitBTC, Bithumb, Bitfinex, Poloniex, and Bittrex.

GATE.IO ; Many new cryptos can be found here. Unique approach and something you should signup for in 2018. Also offers mobile app just like KuCoin and Binance.

It is very hard to mark off the best exchange.
Most often I use certain exchange because only there listed coin with which I want to trade or just to buy.
I use mostly bittrex and livecoin, CEX.io only for btc and withdraw fiat.
Now I see Binance going to be very popular, and I must try with them.
Poloniex has been losing my trust a long time ago, and I'm not going a long time there.

Which is the best altcoin exchange

If you put security first and simple, you should try Huobi. In Huobi you need email verification, 2FA and HP number to be able to withdraw the transaction

If you give priority to security, you should try Bittrex. In Bittrex you have to verify your private data, and every time you login with a different IP you have to confirm via email,

If you prefer simple, then I recommend Etherdelta for Ethereum-based coins and also HitBTC for other coins. In both exchangers you do not need any complicated verification, so the withdraw process can be done easily

As of now the increasing crypto currency in the market were ethereum, bitcoin cash, litecoin, then almost of them are decreasing value. I think we need to be careful selecting coin in exchange because if we can't make wrong decision in investing there's a possibility that we lost our investment. More coins now are declining their value so it's hard now to select what coins are raised up their value.

All the exchanges are all good. It depends on the coin provider where it is exchanged in which market, not all coins can be exchanged in one place especially for the new token that can be exchanged in certain places.

I wouldn't try to use an exchange that I'm not familiar with. Binance is the crowd favorite and most popular right now but using other trading platforms that's also a contender to binance and other popular one is okay.

Looks like I have a lot of exchange to try but I wouldn't deposit that much with those exchanges.

Which is the best altcoin exchange

I recommend to altcoin exchange that centralized rather than to use decentralized exchange, because once you use decentralize like Etherdelta, you don't have any chance to recover your coins in there, while in centralize exchange like Binance, Kucoin, Okex, Idaxx, coinbene or Bittrex you still have a chance to recover it even there is a KYC requirements while using their platform.

all exchanges are all very good but I advise you to choose a good, inexpensive, and very easy exchange like IDEX, hitbtc. I often use all exchanges with easy access

Which is the best altcoin exchange

This topic has similar on this link thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4787072.0, but however best exchange is useless if the individual trader are neglectful and don't have enough knowledge about in trading. Because if you are a good trader as long as the exchange platform is legit you have the chance for sure to earn there. Then, doing trade in the exchange that has a high volume in the market is much more advantage.

for now I prefer idex as the altcoint exchange I have. I usually use 2 exchange places.
1. idex
2. Forkdelta.
why did I choose forkdelta?
if the altcoint given does not have another place of exchange, I can exchange the altcoint using smart contrack. I'm more like these two.

1.poloniex
2.bitrex
3. Binance
Same choice, just that I use them for buying but not as a storage for longer period of time. I make sure that after buying coins, I transfer it to my open source wallet (Hodler wallet). Exchanges didn't give us tge full control over our funds and there is no assurance Thar are funds are all safe. It is still best if we could view public code so we could fix potential vulnerabilities quickly. It is essential also that we have the pprivate right in our hands.

I hope Binance is one of the best exchange for altcoin. There are many other good exchange but mostly I used to trade the coins in binance exchange only.

I would say Binance because its volume , and the next Bitgogo because of Genesis mining , Still we need more decentralize exchanges to judge i suppose , it is too early and I think we would see them much better in near future .

I have bad news about the etherdelta exchange and forkdelta, it is reported that the two exchanges do not have permission. and the SEC has given a fine for both exchanges.
this was a big blow to ICO tokens, although both were well known for the decentralization exchange.

But with the recent ban what was your thought about these Decentralised exchange and we need to be very careful with these exchange. Recently we have seen SEC charged a file on Etherdelta owner, so it is not good to keep your coins on the etherdelta exchange.

yes Coinbase is the largest exchange in the world, serving credit card payment transactions in some countries,
but keep in mind that not all crypto are registered there.

I have tried several exchanges that I think are use friendly, including:
1. Kucoin ➡ with quite small Withdrawal fees, many giveaway and many new coins can be exchanged,  Registration without KYC
2. Hitbtc ➡ fast withdrawal, use friendly, and delivery, many types of coins that you can trade.
3. Binance ➡ easy withdrawal of balances , very fast response,, and many airdrop coins slide there.
4. Mercatox ➡it is exchange that I use most often among others

Altcoins are first listed on decentralized exchanges such as IDEX, and the best opportunity for trading is on these exchanges. I think IDEX is the best decentralized exchange

I think that the best service will be the one that does not require registration and account creation. Many have problems with blocking accounts, so you can lose your funds.

Of course, it is possible for the centralization of cryptocurrency and trading platforms to bear certain opportunities for users of cryptocurrency. Exchanges such as ether delta or forkdelta are exactly what will never allow the user to lose their account and their funds. Nevertheless, there are quite a lot of trading platforms with SMS confirmation, which provide security guarantees. Although I like exchangers without confirming personal data.

Forkdelta and etherdelta are both decentralized exchange . exchanges like these are risky because they dont ask for registration ( e.g username and password ) instead they will only ask for your private keys . you must import your private keys on thier platform before you can start trading .

With these kind of exchange , they are also popular for phishing sites because phishers can easily access all your cryptos if they have a control to your private keys  . beware !

It is impossible to answer unequivocally because everyone has their own preferences. In my opinion, these are services that do not require registration (security), have a favorable rate and fast processing claims. I use the Changenow, which was mentioned here, and this service suits me in everything. I also get bonuses for each exchange with them. In addition, I use Coinswitch sometimes.

Which exchange is giving the best price for your coin is the best altcoin exchange.

And also it needs to have less withdrawal fee and trading fee to make something from trading on it. Binance is the best exchange for now,but there are lot of new exchanges are also emerging.

Other than that, we need to have security for our coins because it will help us to protect our coins. Exchanges which has higher volumes and already listed some potential coins will help to increase more demand in the market.

Currently, its Binance. Investors and mostly bounty hunters always asked first and ICO that is just finished to get listed in it. The reason is because many people trust it and it has the highest volume in any altcoin exchanges around. And CZ has a strong goal for crypto unlike other exchanges that only exist for profiting.

There are actually popular and best crypto exchanges to choose from and talking about the best, i believe that volume on that crypto exchanges is one of the factors that would make it a good crypto exchange. Just see how binance grows and how it caters everyday crypto volume from different transactions around the world.

Changenow is a quite popular trading service. There are a lot of altcoins listed there. The main advantage is that it's a non-custodial service, so you needn't create an account and they didn't store any information about you

Kucoin for me, good volume profit sharing easy to use interface and of course the security and support are just awesome almost perfect exchange for me, I cannot ask for more on this exchange, the only issue I can think of is it's hard for new coins to get listed here.

Exactly, for trading, we need to hold the coin in exchange which the exchange need to give good security for holding the coin until we make some profit. So we have to find a good potential exchange in order to hold the coins there for trading.
