We just went live with our new faucet that is very unique, I will go over some of the features.

Why do you need personal info on sign up? City, country, date of birth etc?

EDIT* Offerwall has very low rewards 16 satsohi. Its hard to surf trough site, i can't find button where can i raise or lower bet in slot and poker.

I must say that your site is very impressive!
It looks nice and works pretty good. At the main page there is a something about free ticket every 24h, I dont see where and how to obtain those.
You should most definitely get rid of those personal info requirement.

I just found bug in your game. After you deal cards in poker, and chose what card you want to hold, you deal cards again. And after second deal, you see what cards you get, and if you are fast enough, you can deal cards for third time, holding cards you pick in first deal. So it can help you to actually win.
I wont use this bug, however, someone will.

EDIT* second bug in wheel - it seems that when we get bonus card it doesn't actually do anything! It just go from green to red and disappear! And few times bonus card didn't show..

Bet is 200 satoshi..jackpot is 1-5X bet. Yesterday every wheel gave jackpot, today 0 jackpots. How is that progressive? And i don't see 8000 satoshi reward in wheel any more. I don't know why, but i've been playing this game for about 3 hours, and only i can tell you that payouts are terrible. I've been doing this - 5000 satoshi up, than 5000 satoshi down, 5000 up, 5000 down..for 3 hours.

There is no joker in poker, so payouts on poker straight flush and royal should be way to higher. You can't put royal flush 2.5X under withdraw limit. Its royal flush! And poker is only 15Xbet. It should be at least 50X without joker, and straight flush should be at least 200X without joker, royal flush at least 1000X. I don't care if I lose, but it would be nice to see bigger wins in game, this way it become really boring.

I also want to make a few suggestions so we can promote the site easier.
1) Faucet must be easier to locate,it seems that many people are confused and can't find it.
2) Referral link leads to sign up page but i think it will be better if you change it to home page.
3) Last but not least we need some banners,it's almost impossible to promote any site using text ads only.

I would add something about referral commission from faucet.

I already see that I have absolutely zero chances for even 3rd place.
Name suggest that this is only a miner cumulation race but it isn't. All earnings are counted, how am I suppose to compete with people that have access to high paying surveys?
There are no offers for me that can pay more than 200 satoshi... and I see few guys can do 85+K in one day. Its not fair. Some tweaks are needed IMO.

This is not good move OP. For my country I can't do most of ofwalls, or they require sign ups, some games to build account to lvl5, credit cards etc, which i don't have time or i don't want to do. I can't solve surveys because there are no surveys for my country.
Most of the time I can do offers with 16 or 33 satoshi reward, so i have to do cca 150 that kind of offers for 3600 satoshi to claim from faucet, which is only thing i actually do in your site.

About ratio, I think you are exaggerating, oferwalls are providing lots of surveys, check them every fifth claim or twice a day and eventually you will get some. If there are offers for my country, there must be more for others as well.

It is in constant connecting  loop. Is it just me or this is due updates/upgrades?
It was working few hours ago and now totally unresponsive.
Cant get to on site forums so maybe here any news will pop.
Refreshing with cache overload does nothing. No adblock, no in private mode etc. Browser FF50.

Who doesn't develop takes a step back Site have gained in popularity, along with it came slowdowns, sometimes big ones. Down times happened during the weekend ( short ) maybe server upgrade?

Its hard to find any referrals, probably that registration process makes things harder, good place for tweaks?
Any way, still taking pleasure from using bitgames.

It is easy for me to find referrals but the problem is that most of them are stop being active after a while,I guess the 100000 satoshi cashout limit is too high for them and they quit (remember not everyone has the chance to complete high paying offers) maybe bitgames should think about lowering this limit.

Indeed, the payment treshold is really high, but overall the payments works great.

I think you need to up the miner fee when sending out payments.  Nothing like waiting 4 hours to cash out only to find that the transaction bitgames.io sent out won't  confirm for 12+ hours.

just registered to your site and picked the Hero Zero game offer for around 10k satoshis, but got nothing.

Made the character, and got the email confirmation for the game as instructed, but nothing was ever credited. The payments for the jobs should be much more streamlined, let me know how to fix this.
