Title: $25 (Amazon GC/PayPal) for short survey [USA ONLY] Post by: BALIK on August 28, 2016, 12:49:01 PM Short 5-10 minute survey that pays $25. Medicaid/Medicare don't qualify, and neither do employer-provided plans. The survey asks questions about purchasing health insurance and your experience with the insurance marketplace. You will also be required to submit a copy of your insurance card as proof that you have it. The survey is designed to be a referral survey as well, so you also get $25 for anyone you refer that is eligible and takes the survey - minimum $75 for the payout of referral bonuses.

It will not work on VPN because it requires to submit a copy of your insurance card as a proof. You can fill the survey via VPN but how would you submit the card ;) Title: Re: $25 (Amazon GC/PayPal) for short survey [USA ONLY] Post by: BALIK on August 29, 2016, 05:21:45 PM Will it work with a VPN if someone is not from USA?
