My opinion Factom should stabilize after Monero hype, Lbry Credits and MaidSafecoin got potential after more updates, what coin you think will rise?

ETC is also a good candidate after all the doubts about the hacker would have been closed.

It may probably be Zion. Forked from Monero, it aims to provide the same technology as its predecessor, plus it will have a marketplace. But still, another anon coin may rise after Monero if it gets enough traction in the darknet markets. Just my opinion.  ;D

maybe the next pump will on to rads, nav, sys, vcash i think. because when i see on the market, those altcoins have get big pump in this 2 days so i hope it will up more again.

Short term: Factom, lisk or STEEM are good candidates.

Long term: Waves, NEM, BTS, NAUT, and NXT are good choices of buying and hodling. :)

I think ETC may get pumped or even lisk a little bit however after seeing bitcoin is pumping hard all coins are now red. May take few more days for another coin to get pumped. However noone can predict which one will get pumped.

You can forget all the others, why not to focus on Monero only. Buy now, be happy later. Just buy and hold no matter how high the price goes.
Monero is seriously the first coin that even the bitcoin maximalists are scared of. Some joined already after they realized they cannot beat it.

Focusing on the shitcoins are waste of time and money.

As I learned for the first time about Crypto back in 2015, I only saw potential in ETH and more in XMR. So I bought some.
Never wasted my money into worthless, aimless, scammy shitcoins. Monero has several aspects, which make it unstoppable. It is reaching a critical mass.

If you want to go to infinity and beyond you could look at Darknet. it has all the features of darkcoin (masternodes) and it's a POS coin now. It's has a great team of devs behind it, who have pulled the first POS with bitcoincore .1x. It's great not have to manage the heat and noise of gpus or asics.

I have my money ETC, Z-Cash and I think Synereo may yet recover after taking a break from its recent highs. And Monero may also not be done yet, the path to $20 looks feasible.

I have invested in the Ethereum or ETH. I think the price of ETH is dragged down by the ETC, when the ETC dies, the price of ETH will rise.

I do not think anyone is scared of Monero from the Bitcoin camp. I see it as a useful tool for privacy that goes well with Bitcoin. I do not get this one coin only mentality as I think we need multiple coins for different purposes. I am happy to see DNM use a diff coin as it helps Bitcoins image a little bit.

Dash is a good guess.  It should run parallel with XMR.  Maybe some kind of merge deal.

All the anon coins have not done rising yet. A good tip is to look for anon coins that hasn't risen much and buy them. Buying XMR now is very risky and upside is very little.
Game coins are also worth buying. The hype for game coins will be there in a few weeks.

Yup, that would be my bet as well. Rumors go DNM's seem to adopt it as well, always a strong indicator.

AFAIK only Boolberry is Officially planning to stay competitive with Monero's RingCT and other advances in Cryptonote protocol technology.

Iconomi is great project im always following this coin daily maybe they will be promising coin as they could when it will be added om exchangers but also the same as other coin iconomi would need to prove his strength so traders would love to stake this coin and provably for the big funds they've got for now provably they will surpass the monera if good faith let them happen.

I did buy a stake in ICONOMI as well. Looks like the project is going strong. Let's all hope that they enter the markets strong and keep rising. They do have a good platform for it.

With RingCT Monero will be as close to perfect digital cash as you can get.  I don't see the value of any other coin at that point.  Either they are blockchain apps (not money) or they are scams.

I think Folding coins have a lot of potential.

This. I don't know how many times people need to get steamrolled by scamcoins and pump and dump artists. Monero is one of only maybe 3-4 coins I'd even consider buying.

I am betting on Iconomi token and the Antshare token to sky rocket. we can expect good gain for DASH and Monero. Rest coins  I don't feel they will make any serious moves for the time been.

It is possible. But when the ZCash is listed, the price of the Monero could drop as the money will flow to ZCash.

Iconomi and antshare are the new things who might gonna surpass the fame of any coin if devs would do some great ways to get more exposure to big investors and as you can see the investment for ICONOMI coins are getting growing for days are past maybe it can surpass for more in these coming days and get more good price at stake,

I don't know about antshare because i dont follow this coin and the one thing i know is the investment is so huge.

I doubt about antshare. they still facing some issue now and their is slow to response after ICO ended, They are very responsive during ICO period so i doubted now their project, But their funds are in escrow so no worry forries for investors, Lets what will gonna happened at the end of October .

I am not sure about those coins. But the Etheruem is having a big conference now. After that , the price could rise a lot.

The Etheruem price has already risen over 20% in the last few weeks. So it might have already priced in the conference.

To be honest I see the future of Monero brighter than the future of bitcoin. Do not get me wrong, I do hope bitcoin will survive also but there is no way I think it is the ultimate crypto.
Besides, I think the masses prefer Monero because of its anonymity which will get another layer soon. Might be that Monero is very appealing in the eyes of general public and they will try to buy as many Moneros as they can.
Usually the first movers are the pioneers taking the largest risks and therefore are rewarded with the most generous amounts of Moneros for their bitcoins. So, I think there is an urgency to buy tons of Moneros.
Every person in western countries should do their best to collect 10 000 XMR at least so better to start today while it is still cheap and available.
This will be impossible task in the future (even next year already) so better to start this very moment.

Factom seems pretty likely. Has tested 0.006 twice stronger the last time... thinking it'll break 0.007 this time. Hasn't reached May ATH of 0.008+ yet.

Dunno a lot is in the hands of the developers making the software. But it might like a lot of other things might.

I think Komodo and ICN both have very good chances of reaching the skies.


 

Zcash is a good coin but it is not at par with Monero. ;D

There may be a chance for Waves and Ethereum.
Unfortunately I still don't believe enough in ETH to hold some.
Waves may have a good pump when the nodes are released and one when Polo with list it. After that... hard to tell, Sasha&Co seem to work on it, but somehow slow (which can be good and can be bad).


Monero has a good niche, it's stable, it's developing nicely. It has a good chance for "moon", unless something better pops out meanwhile and it develops faster.
However, Monero will not be easy to be beaten on its niche. This is why I didn't mention the other anon coins.

In order to some other anonymous currency to succeed it needs a community that is willing to hoard and hodl it. Monero has such community but the big question is, does Zcash has it? If not, it will fail for sure. No matter how good are the tech credentials.

Exactly. That is one good point you got there mate. I think that most anon coins are just full of hype, with Monero being one of the few that is truly rising and providing good results. I remember that XMR was at $0.60 back in the day I started looking into it. Now it is ten times the price, from what I've invested initially. Hopefully, it could become used more each and everyday on popular dark net marketplaces. Just my opinion.  ;D

ethereum is always an option as long as it has fallen down not when it is still in the bubble because they will always pump it for at least one more year until people give up on it.

and as for monero i have not given up on it, the rise has stopped and also slowed down but this can change so fast too.

Interesting view on ETH. Just there's always a chance to buy in the last pump before everybody is selling. I managed to sell once a dying coin in its last pump, I don't think I can get that lucky twice.

But the reason I came back to this thread is to add one more coin to the list. A coin I never thought it could go back in such lists: Litecoin.
There are tons of news lately about litecoin, I am not sure what's cookin' there, but LTC is very present in the news lately and I've seen even talks about adding anonymity into LTC. It could lead to an unexpected rise of LTC. I don't know if this will place Litecoin back into a great ranking or it's something else, more desperate. However, time will tell.

Why should ETH be a dying coin? ETH has a lot of developments and probably more usage than any other altcoin. This just goes down a bit among all the hate on ETH :)

I expect it will be ZCash and Iconomi after their adding to exchange.

Indeed maybe Zcash will than rise up but we cannot predict this, I have a feeling it will after monero but we will see what is gonna happen soon.

Yeah. This the rise of Zcash might happen as it will be "hyped" in its first days. I usually participate in ICO's and wait for the price to increase in an specific coin to sell and make profit, but it seems that Zcash will not have an ICO so the only way would be to buy at exchanges among its first day of launch in order to profit later in the future.

It will be very interesting to see what will happen with both ZCash and Monero once ZCash comes live.  ::)
