As it is a stealth account it doesn't have my real name and I can't add a real bank account. I'll try to buy an IBAN from digital goods sections but if I don't succeed in that I'll need to sell. Terms of sale: I'll send first and I'll give you time to withdraw to your bank account so you have zero risk! I'll send as gift or follow any instructions you find appropriate. Only trustworthy members with a lot of transactions and feedback. I might have a solution for you if we can not come to an agreement with the rate to do this at. As you can see from my selling thread the rate is steep for newbie accounts with paypal because of the risk involved with these stealth accounts. Because if someone takes funds from them, then they run the risk of having their own account limited and the funds in there comprised because of accepting funds from them. Just let me know. Thanks. There's still a risk of course. I can't argue with that or I would ask for 1:1. But it's very far from a huge risk. First I'll send funds from my account and not from credit cards. I'll send as gift or to friends/family or anything at your choice to reduce risk. And I'll give you enough time to cashout from paypal to your bank or spend the funds.
