This person need to have account in any Brazil bank (HSBC, SANTANDER, ITAU, CAIXA, BRASIL, BRADESCO...).
We can use this formule: MtGox x 2.02 (usd to brl) x 5% (profit) I can pay first, later the person send to me the bitcoin. I can buy 30 bitcoin every week.
