I live in Brazil, i have good reputation in our community, and I would like to find someone sell me bitcoin. This person need to have account in any Brazil bank (HSBC, SANTANDER, ITAU, CAIXA, BRASIL, BRADESCO...).

We can use this formule:

MtGox x 2.02 (usd to brl) x 5% (profit)

I can pay first, later the person send to me the bitcoin. I can buy 30 bitcoin every week.

Brazil has capital controls. I need to pay 22% of taxes to government when i do a wire transfer (international money transfer)
