The educated people are having less children. As the IQ increases, the birth rate decreases almost proportionally. There are plenty of black + ethnic people that are intelligent and become successful in their fields. 

A popular theory (which makes a lot of sense) is that many black people that live in slums/ghettos/poor areas don't have the resources/money or motivation to get higher education, but this is not because of their skin colour/nationality - this is because they grew up in a ghetto that automatically gave them less chance in life to pursue higher education. This is especially true if you grow up in a country with a totalitarian and corrupt government, like a lot of Middle Eastern and African countries have.

In the West (USA/UK etc.) this has nothing to do with their skin colour, but everything to do with segregation of non-native people in the last 20-70 years into seperate areas in cities with poor oppurtunities. Which was engineered by powerful white politicians and influencers.

While it is perfectly possible for different races to show advantages in different things (kenyans/ethiopians being incredible long distance runners/black people being incredible sprinters [but not so great swimmers]), I think the whole eugenics movement claiming black people are inferior intellectually to white people has some SERIOUS flaws, such as confounding factors to do with lifestyle/location/other people's attitude towards them.

Intelligent people would select leaders regardless of race and ethnicity, who aim for the betterment of the community. On the other hand, less intelligent people would always support leaders from their race, and they have a slave like attitude towards these leaders (for example, blacks in the United States voting for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012).

Blacks on average might be less intelligent. But they are more emotional. This means that they grab onto Jesus salvation firmer.

For a time I had thought that there might be more blacks in Heaven just because they emotionally follow what they are taught. And many of them are taught about God.

There should be no gap between black or white. Difference is only of skin color remaining other things like brain,blood are same. IQ is not an indicator. I think you are making it too easy. There is no perfect formula to test human intelligence. besides, there are people with a narrow focus. It is usually scientists. In the industry they are experts, but in life as children.

IQ is a very good indicator for human intelligence. It corrolates highly with your spatial and cognitive abilities like creativity, maths, visualisation etc. pp.
It also has a very high corrolation with the g-factor which also describes the human intelligence.

Just recently Nigeria use to have an excellent President. He was very progressive, humble, Patriotic & Ambitious. He recorded  lots of excellent achievements in Agriculture, Investment, Infrastructure, Health, tried in education but didn't do too well in security I must confess.
 He did so well in Agriculture that his minister won the best Agric minister in Africa in 2013, I think.
For some strange reason the West made him an enemy...maybe out of jealousy. They worked with the opposition & successfully removed him.
Nigeria current President which they helped to install is poorly educated with Islamic agenda...He  started by implementing dumb policies that was deliberately made to fail.
Today Nigeria is completely ruined from 6.9% annual growth to  -2%. Power supply is in worst state. Deliberate religious killing here and there.

I don't know if there are any studies backing up your claim but as far as I can recall a similar study was conducted regarding arabs and thanks to their incestuous behaviour in the past 1000 years they are in fact the weakest link as a 'race' on this planet. With IQ's averaging between 75 and 85 they can be considered dumber than an average Western mongoloid.

It seems to me that IQ of a person is a very primitive study of mental health. There are so many additional factors to consider in such studies. Education, circle of friends, even the level of education of parents are important.

Education can no longer be considered as a measurement of mental health. Nowadays, a lot of undeserving candidates are given admissions in universities and institutes, just because of their skin color. These people doesn't deserve their educational degrees.

If the selection criteria are not according to ability, but by skin color, then this is no longer normal. I would not want to meet with such a specialist who pierced his way in life, the color of his skin.

I'm not a Black but basing from my opinion, Blacks are not the least intelligent race on Earth. There are many people of color who are very talented. Ofcourse, people start from a low level before gets promoted. There are great talents who are black. We have people in NBA, Hollywood and whatsoever. Being stupid is a disease. People said they have low IQ, but I think self motivation and hardword is the cure. Poverty doesn't stop a person from schooling, thus need to find time to sustain schooling.

There well documented cases of differences in cognitive abilities even intra-ethnically. Ie. people from certain social classes performing better even though they come from same genetic stock.

So it shouldnt be so suprising, however politically incorrect, that these same differences manifest among populations that developed separatelly for tens of thousands of years.

Add in the fact, that Euroasia was for millenia really bad place for crops such as vegetables and fruit, thus orienting survivors towards protein rich, meat based diet (brain development is all about proteins).

Over the millenia this would make quite an impact on cognitive abilities of isolated populations.
