I haven't tried sending funds from Xapo to Coins.ph or Coins.ph to Xapo but I don't see a reason why there will be a problem with sending and receiving from those sites. Delay maybe the only problem that you will encounter due to the miners fee that they set. I noticed that Coins.ph sets a low miners fee, not sure about Xapo.

I'm just confused why I am getting a little bit smaller amount to my Coins.ph when I'm sending from Xapo. But when I do it the reverse way, I also get a little bit higher amount.

When you are sending from Coins.ph to Xapo, are you sending in Coins.ph Peso to Xapo? Because if you are doing that, you should not. Coins.ph Peso value is different in Xapo Peso value, plus, the BTC to USD value is changing every minute.
So if you are sending between different online wallets, you should send in BTC not in Peso or USD value.

I see! What happened was I sent from Xapo Peso wallet to my Coins.ph Peso wallet. Maybe it's the same way if it's from Coins.ph to Xapo - there will be a difference in the amount sent with the amount received as per your comment. But fortunately, I just sent a LITTLE amount since I am just trying that time.
