Hello! Checked out your site, and frankly, it looks pretty good. It's smooth and easy to navigate. However, I have a few questions for you.

-How do you store user funds? Hardware wallet? Cold storage?
-Will you be adding SSL-Certificate?
-Will you be adding information about yourself and your team?
-Where are you located?
-Will you add a FAQ?

I'm too lazy to do comparing right now, but would you mind telling where do you get the odds for the games, and how do your odds compare to other sites, such as Nitrogensports or Sportbet.io?

Last, but not least, I would like to know if you will start a signature campaign here at the forum.

We're planning to add HTTPS support in next release, as well as other features that are in development now.
Our team is multicultural  :)
User funds are securely spread over variety of cold storages/vaults, only small percent are used for daily operations.
I think it's hard to tell where is the better odds, because they really differs from match to match and from one bet type to another.
Some of odds are higher on BetOpen, some on the platform you've mentioned. But what we can say with 100% sure is that our odds are highly competitive in the market.

What about a signature campaign or some social media campaigns here at the forum? And about your team, I meant are you planning to post any names, countries, specialties etc. I'd say that makes people trust you more with their money. If players know your name, it's less likely you would scam them and run with the money (not saying you would, just something to consider). About the odds, I've heard Nitrogensports takes a bit of extra cut on the odds, which makes some people not want to play there.

Every book/market maker takes a cut on the odds, known as juice in sportsbetting. It's similar to an house edge, and I really doubt there's a book that isn't a scam that doesn't take juice, that was ever created (counting fiat books).



Tell me what you call competitive. For the Manchester United - Bournemouth ML option on your site, your margin is 7.1%. (1.22, 5.75, 12) The market maker on Fairlay is using a margin of 2.02%. Nitrogen's using 2.64%, and UltraPlay books are using a 2.9% margin, which is all more than half of your margin. Even Directbet is running a lower margin at 6.3%, and they are known for having some of the worst odds.

This is probably the largest soccer league we are talking about here as well.

Since you've answered about https, that's clear now. FAQ and TOS are both important too so I think you should add it soon in the site. Anyway, don't you have a  logo yet or it's just not showing on mobile? I'm just seeing a small text of betopen there.

Even that background photo of soccer game seems vaguely familiar. So far it is hard to evaluate your service, site is not finished.

According to your terms, it looks not very attractive, first, odds is 1.8 and 10X rollover, I find another site offers 1.6 with 8X which is much better promo.

After going through all your site details and having read the above comments one thing is sure that you are still in starting age and their is still lot of time to trust your site and invest and play, even your bonus wagering is also so high when comparing to running sports gambling sites, it is not attracting to play on your site.

Player just "forgot" to mention that he got successfull withdrawals before. His account was flagged as fraudalent by our system and team, as an example was shown his performance during the day with winnings of 21 consecutive tickets with a chance of 0.00024% (percent) with the same bet types (yeah, just lucky). After this player started to "trade", wants to reset all winnings by the day (so admits that bets were fraudalent generally). Our policy as well as on any other sportsbook is suspension/closure of any account that is set as fraudalent. We just wanted to give this user the ability to continue playing honestly, so offered him not closing the account fully. After this he started to threatening by posting on this forum etc. Of course he lightened all as we are bad, and he is just honest lucky guy. But if you want you can check that absolutely all withdrawals of our players were payed, and this is the only case of complain of this kind.
We don't want to start some spamming discussion in this topic, as it is dedicated for news and updates about the platform, so we will not continue the discussion regarding this case, that's it.

Correct, you did pay the withdrawals I requested before you flagged my account. The total amount of my withdrawals was roughly the same as the amount I deposited in total.

However, you flagged my account for fraudulent activity, but you NEVER provided any proof at all. 2 days before the issue were active: Won - 7, Lost - 10
The day before : Won - 8, Lost - 7

On the day issue were active : WON - 21(same sport and bet type), Lost - 2. Probability - 0.00024%, which means average user will need to place same amount of bets for 416667 days (1141 years) to 100% achieve the same result

1 day after issue was fixed: Won - 3, Lost - 2
2 days after issue was fixed: Won - 1, Lost - 3.

After the investigation by the team, account status were set as fraudalent/taken advantage of the platform and by our T&Cs (and any other sporstbook) we should have just close it. But we decided to offer user the ability to play honestly by reseting the balance(our mistake). After this user starts to trade and threaten us by arguing on this forum. Of course here he says that we are bad and he were just super hugely "lucky" on the day of vulnerability happened.

By the way, user have also received 200mB bonus before and have successfully withdrawed more than he deposited.

The percentage is calculated correctly, i think you forgot that powerball lottery sells hundreds of millions of tickets before win happens, we don't operate such amounts.

As per the response from the Betopen owners that i got , i was able to infer that at the time the player made the stake/bet at the vary day the system(site) was having un-synchronized server timing , if you own a sportsbook then you would had known this that if the time-stamp is lagging in server then the slip still available after the required time. This fault generally occur and you can see the delay in feed if you know the time lag between williamhills and betfair , almost 10 sec gap, it could prove to be fatal if there is huge potential bet placed at that very instance.

Example, right now i can bet Changchun Yatai v Liaoning in the Chinese super league which started 15 minutes ago 0700 GMT whereas you have it down to start 0730GMT. Unfortunately I'm having the same issue, 4 of my last 20 bets were cancelled (all of them were won by the way).

Now I'm having 4 more pending bets for which the events all have already ended hours ago and all 4 bets were won according to the final score. Since the bets are still not settled, I'm pretty sure BetOpen will cancel these as well.

We've sent email newsletter about this issues. We were having troubles with some of the odds feeds for some of the events, that's why part of the bets were cancelled. We kindly ask you to be patient and don't worry, this issue will be fixed soon (focus on next 1-2 business day, as it requires some additional technical improvements to avoid such things in future). As you've seen before we've payed all withdrawals and settled all bets correctly before.

I agree, you should either cancel ALL the bets before the match has started or just pay out all bets when you accept them.

The issue weren't related to the bet status, it's just related to some of the events. You can see on the screenshot that you've provided, that you've got plenty of won bets settled as it should be before and after the cancelled, so you see that it's related to events and not bet status.

That makes no sense, the problem is is that you are cancelling bets after the events have already ended.

Regarding the issue with bets settlements, there were additional time needed for investigation about what events were affected by the issues with odds feed and excess odds types present, that's why statuses were changed with delay. All affected events bets were returned to the players balances, not depending on status lost or won.

We worked really hard and fixed this issue as soon as were possible, so you won't experience such things starting from today.
