The two are different job profiles.What qualifications you want your potential candidate must have?Is past experience must?

Do you do interviews, like through Skype or something? And what's the name of your company?

Selling in English? What are you selling? Sales with existing customers? Former customers? Cold calls? Do we have to stick to a script? Lots more questions to come after these are answered.

i do work as a call center representative here in our country, and as part of our campaign we do also require to have some sale while we are answering connection issue  with our customers, so I'm just curios regarding to your offer if this limited to some countries or you are allowing everyone to join your team?

Assuming you're from India,no I don't think he is looking for Raju pretending to be a Jordan on the phone with broken English accent.Plus you are a tech support and he is looking for people willing to 'Sale' things through phone.Don't think you will make a good part of any team if you lack basic comprehending capabilities.
