Assuming you're from India,no I don't think he is looking for Raju pretending to be a Jordan on the phone with broken English accent.Plus you are a tech support and he is looking for people willing to 'Sale' things through phone.Don't think you will make a good part of any team if you lack basic comprehending capabilities.

We have several opened positions. We are in the forex and bo industry and we are doing from cold calls to retention. Using a script is not a must if you have experience.
