Title: POLL: Bitcoin Hardfork or Segwit Softfork
Post by: AEON_KING on March 22, 2017, 01:25:21 AM
What would be the best option to keep Bitcoins legitimacy?

1) Bitcoin Unlimited (Hardfork)
2) Segwit Approach (Softfork)
3) Create a better plan
4) Do nothing

You need a 4th choice. We need larger blocks but none of your 3 poll choices do the K.I.S.S. change of increasing the block size a fixed amount (possibly with ongoing scheduled increases).

Unlimited block sizes is a power vacuum take over. SegWit is a takeover. Doing nothing is not an option.

I choose create a better plan than bitcoin unlimited or segwit, bitcoin unlimited will makes confuse for new users who want buy bitcoin, it will makes two comunity of bitcoin, bitcoin core and bitcoin unlimited the impact will to bitcoin price and the activation of segwit still not be happening because the miners won't it, so should create better plan although it will not be easy.

It is probably time to sell some BTC and move to an altcoin for the time being:

I would seriously consider making that hedging move asap.
