You need a 4th choice. We need larger blocks but none of your 3 poll choices do the K.I.S.S. change of increasing the block size a fixed amount (possibly with ongoing scheduled increases).

Unlimited block sizes is a power vacuum take over. SegWit is a takeover. Doing nothing is not an option.

I choose create a better plan than bitcoin unlimited or segwit, bitcoin unlimited will makes confuse for new users who want buy bitcoin, it will makes two comunity of bitcoin, bitcoin core and bitcoin unlimited the impact will to bitcoin price and the activation of segwit still not be happening because the miners won't it, so should create better plan although it will not be easy.
