I have a closed Facebook group with 100k members in the adult niche (edit: 122,000 as of April 5th)
I get about 2000 new member requests daily (it's literally non-stop with people asking to join)

The group is very active with members posting their censored selfies, conversations, and all the e-drama you'd expect from a large group

Majority is real members. There are the occasional bots unfortunately (which every large group deals with)... i'd say maybe 8:2 or 7:3 real to bot ratio (this figure is hard to gauge)....
attractive real females get approximately 3k likes on a photo with 600-800 comments

The group has not been monetized by admins yet. there are many "thirsty" men in the group who are ready to click links and pay for cam shows. I have not capitalized on this yet, as I wanted to put it up for sale first before I devalue the group with links / offers / selling stuff

currently at 105,000 members with 1,500 pending member requests (I tend to just open the floodgates and accept many requests at once). The group grows very quickly on it's own. I don't advertise it or spam other groups for new members.

@OP, if you really wish to put this offer up to an auction, I suggest checking out the Auction section in BCT. If you move your thread there, people will know it is an auction in progress and you could have a proper auction. You also can find a bundle of example there how to hold a successful auction in BCT.

My question related this offer is, if they have not been tested yet, how would we know your community would co-operate in monitization?

I mean, the size is nice and all, but I met with communities that SERIOUSLY were hurt when the owner started to post monitizing links and similar.

good point. I feel like the new owner can keep it honest like "hey guys, to continue running this group, just click this link and click and ad so we can make revenue..." etc
