Title: HexPay never receieved payment... Post by: hexpaynopay on April 15, 2017, 09:10:48 PM So I've sold a few items thru hexpay and always gotten the coin directed to my wallet after a few confirmations. Today I have a payment for $250 that never made it to my wallet. It shows many confirmations in the original wallet that hexpay gave the buyer but it has not forwarded to my address like the other payments have. It's just stuck there.
I wrote a support ticket but never heard back yet. Someone please advise. Title: Re: HexPay never receieved payment... Post by: Colt22 on April 15, 2017, 09:59:47 PM The support sometimes take days you wait for some days to hear from them and if you do not get any response from them then you start a scam accusation against them so at least other people will stay alert with the issues from their services.

You need to be warned that sites like these can't protect you fully as they won't offer escrow service and only can remove proven scams. But that is not the case here - as Op said he received money to his HexPay wallet, so there are 2 options: 1. They system failed to rebroadcast transaction, it will be fixed on its own. 2. Hexpay is going rouge - rather unlikely eventuality. Either way, only support of HexPay can help you. Title: Re: HexPay never receieved payment...
