Update: 4/25/17 You can reserve any number you want by sending .0105 BTC to the escrow address (OGNasty is doing it). Hologram order will be placed once the escrow address reaches a certain amount of BTC!

Update: 5/2/17 coins got engraved today and photos uploaded.
The coins that are a brackish color where my attempt to anadoize them, didn't work too well so there are only 10ish of them. One of the coins is time stamped " killyou72 4/1/17" you can see I engraved the wrong month

Update: 5/3/17 btc in escrow address has reached the threshold for the holograms to be placed. Each T3 coin will receive 3 holograms per coin. While the 1/10OZ OZ silver sun will be sold in groups of 25 with 50 holos and 25 airtights. But the coins will come in roll. These will feature a sun on the back with the same front (including the year 2017) they will be packaged in a roll so the airtights/holos are for if you decide to break the roll and fund it yourself. Single coins besides these 50ish will not be sold ever, once 50 are sold I will take the remaining coins off the market.

I think a close up picture of front and back would help me decide if I want this or not..

Are these prototypes or coins in the next series? How much are you selling them for?

Well the final coin will be different, it will feature the year on the front and the back will have a design of a sun for the private key.

These coins came out awesome looking, I dunno how you think a train ran them over.

The engraving was done with an electric hand engraver. But the numbers and drawings on the back are pointless if you decide to load it because the hologram will cover the whole back

Nothing, besides the number 1. There is also a number 1 coin that says "prototype 1" but that one is a black color due to the failed anadoizing.  There is a coin with "sky" on it

The engravings will be covered by the hologram if you apply it.

Not really because if I spend $1500ish on 5,000 holograms and nobody buys my coins I would take huge loss. Mailing out the holos will only cost an envelope and a stamp

Wait so if you dont sell all of them the people that paid for coins dont get holos?  And second, why would you "engrave" on the part where the holo is going?  Your coin sales are so unclear.

Because there is no room on the front of the coin to put a number.

The goal is to bitcoin penny quality at a cheaper btc price. Why does anyone buy any DIY collectibles here? What about the plastic/clay ones? Seems like a waste to me

DIY is safer than a funded coin.

Also would recommend refining the quality, test multiple strikes before actually sending off a finished product.

Do you consider lowering the price a bit due to the increased value of btc? If you sell these at a $ rate please forgive my ignorance.

Yeah I do sell these at a $ rate, I have been including a lot of extras with peoples when they ordered these are about $8 a piece before shipping which was my original realistic goal when I started with the plastic ones, which if you can recall or not where made with a plastic printer but I wanted them to be more cost effective than purchasing a satori coin without shipping.

I havn't come close to selling out and I would like to be producing these by the hundreds if there was enough interest.

There are maybe 30-40 coins left with engravings on them but all of the others after that will have a clear back. I think the cleaner design will appeal to more.

Received everything! A couple of the coins were in improper fitting air-tites, but no worries, gave me a chance to take them out of their shells and look at them up close. Very nice indeed. The drawing and personalized COA were fun and brought a smile to my face. I am thinking about possibly gluing 2 of the coins down into that COA, those groves fit the coins perfectly (idk if you already know that or not).

I've read the PM's you've sent killyou72 and I'm still considering your offer. I'd love to see the new product and how it looks, as stated earlier that shiny backside will definitely be something cool, to me at least.

As for what moonie said: I'd love to see that CoA with the two glued on coins. Perhaps that could also be a new line of product that you make with any leftover stock killyou. Never too late to reinvent your product to sell out available stock. Please do keep us posted on the progress of the new ones though :). I'll respond to your PM with a final decision tonight as well.

Well all of the current coins have a shiny backside, but the next batch, should be even more shiny. If the backside wasn't shiny enough the engraving would not take I ran into that issue.

I am thinking with the new batch I might auction off the custom COA with the coins welded not glued in it.

Could you be a little more specific about the 'rainbow ones'? That sounds pretty interesting.

I failed at anodizing the silver. I made more than 10 and less than 13. They really just came out black besides one that came out a purplish and I don't remember who I sent it too.
