Actually I try Bitstamp and its fast and easy and you dont need to provide that things like passport scan. I get my money in 24hours through SEPA payment. And when you want buy BTC via Paypal I test https://www.virwox.com you just buy SLL then you will trade them for BTC and withrawal them somewhere. But it take 48hours for new account, anyway it work.

There are lots of ways to sell BTC, but the hardest part is getting the cash in your hand. Bitstamp is another one, i haven't tried it but alot of people here recommend it.
