I thought about this other fees also until when i checked their fees table and i discovered that there are 2 types of cards, personal and corporate, corporate charges are costly around 1% while personal card loading charges is around 0.3% or less.

Short update:  I got a message from the op with the link to create an account/card.

Registered, they verify your profile (you must submit your national ID + a photo with your face) and also verify your phone number (they send you a SMS with a code).
Unfortunately, after following these steps I received the following message: "Identity was not verified. Start over the process here (your face does not match the document photo)"
I did not tried again because I don't have too much time (working on office).
Maybe they need another photo, or maybe they can verify it manually.
Anyway the website seems to be legit and it offer the option to create/customize your bank account/card.

I might get the vouch copy if the next person on the line does not respond to this thread but i will still go ahead and buy it because i need it.

Yes, they accept any country.
As I said: they have a online verification system (you must upload a picture with your national ID and also a picture with your face).
After that you must verify your phone number (they send you a SMS).
It seems that I failed that online verification (even I sent them my real ID and a real photo).
They offer the option to choose you bank number  (if the desired number - 10 digits is free) which is nice :)

This method have nothing to do with country tld, the only drwback about this company is the verification of user and i think is alright for a real bank account.
